Gary the delivery driver did a good job. He called before he got here, said he was on the way. I had a spacing problem and he helped me correct it. The entire process went smoothly from the minute I booked it online to them delivering it. Thank you.

Do not recommend. Extremely difficult to deal with. Changed my account over to someone else's name without my permission and then I was locked out. And then had to go through all kinds of hoops to get it back in my name. No one has a clue how and why that happened to this day

These gentlemen did an excellent job during my move from Albany to Florida. Everyone was very professional. The two best things about this company are the price point (much more manage than POD) and the promptness and correct dates of pick up and delivery. Really appreciate what everyone is doing. All of our items were delivered safely. The container is definitely waterproof and there was no damage inside our container. We secured the items very well with cables and bungees which is paramount but yeah great experience

The Pensacola location took care of my deliveries and pickups. Gary brought our first unit and he did an amazing job. We encountered tight conditions in our apartment complex due to other vehicles out of our control. He was able to offer up suggestions on alternatives to help us with our next drop off. He called me to let me know he was nearby and has been a great communicator. He's even funny! All around great experience with PackRat Pensacola!
