I immediately knew that I had found the perfect shop for me when I saw the photos of some of their shoes ! I went there that same day and met the owner Mr. Nehemiah Johnson, Jr. When I left, I was the proud owner of a jacket and a pair of shoes. Mr. Johnson goes above and beyond for his customers. “Honestly can’t say enough awesome things about Wilfred’s. I was introduced to the barbershop by someone who had been getting their hair cut there and it always looked great. As a guy in the military, having a great haircut is always a big deal. I asked if they took walk ins the first time I went and the soonest I could get in was in like two hours, and that’s when I knew this place was serious about doing quality cuts. I happily waited for Luna to become available and when I sat down in her chair, asked her to fix the absolute hack job someone else did. Not only did she fix the haircut, she made it look like it never got screwed up in the first place. After that I continued to see Luna for my haircuts for the next year and a half. The staff ALWAYS treated me well, and always asked if there was anything I needed if I had to wait. I’ve since moved away and have yet to find anywhere that has half the atmosphere, quality of employees, and that treat customers as well as they do. I have recommended Wilfred’s to well over 20 people since I have gone there and will continue to do so. If you’re fortunate enough to sit in Luna’s chair, be grateful! Thanks, Wilfred’s for the best barber experience I’ve ever had!”

“I went to Buckle in Cordova Mall on Friday, March 29th, 2024 and wasn't really in the best mood, however I was desperately needing some new and nicer jeans. I was greeted by Jessie, and when I say that Jessie was incredible and amazing, that is an understatement. She was so incredibly helpful, bringing me different pants to try so that I didn't have to keep coming out to look. I was just in awe at how attentive she was. I really appreciated everything she did, so great!”

“I placed an online order and my husband picked it up due to me having two babies under two. When I opened the bag it was not what I was ordered. I was extremely upset because I had to go out of town that same day and I needed the things I ordered specifically for this trip. I called the store and spoke with the manager Holly. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond to resolve this issue, she knew I had to go out of town that same day and knew I had two babies which made it hard for me to go into the store. She even offered offered to bring the bag right to my car so I didn’t have to get out with my kids. She even gave me her personal number to call when I got there to make the process go as smooth as possible. She is an excellent manager and really turned the situation around. You need more managers like Holly!!! I can’t tell you how much what Holly did for me really made all the difference! She is the reason I will continue to shop at old navy!”
