Having said that, the persons working in the personal loan department are apparently incompetent. They did not thoroughly review my tax returns based on follow up questions that would have been answered had they done so. Also, they didn't factor in my bank statements saying they had no access although I would have sent copies if asked. I got the impression that Regions has made an arrangement to do their personal loans through an affiliate company. The denial of credit would have been easier to accept had they seemed competent. Regions Bank should not be affiliated with incompetent companies.”

“In this day and age, "Big Banking" is considered to be the standard. I understand that better than most due to growing up with the CEO of Bank of America and his brothers and sisters as neighbors. (We always made Brian be the banker when we played Monopoly! Talk about deja vu! LOL)But for those of us that remember simpler times when banking was a personal contact thing where you dealt directly with the people that made the decisions, we often believe those times are long gone. But thanks to BotS, they aren't since it is one of those rare...almost extinct...financial centers where the words "Hometown Bank" isn't just a PR catch-phrase, but rather is reality! Super friendly and always helpful and professional staff that calls you by name. Great west side location. Wide range of services and financial products. The president isn't squirrelled away behind walls or hidden out on another floor, but rather right out there in the main lobby and always ready to help you herself if need be. They even give out doggie treats at the drive-thru if you have Rover along helping you run errands! Now THAT'S "old fashioned, hometown banking" at its best! I know all that are reasons that I have been a customer for nearly two decades and will continue to be for many more years to come I'm sure.”

I admit I went in expecting the least from this branch and was met with nothing but genuine compassion, concern, patience, kindness, and professional assistance. Carlie C. was incredible to deal with and really made the process bearable. I wasn’t quite ready to close the account, so she went over the process details with me to ensure I’d be prepared when I was ready to close. After months of delay, I went back today to close, and Carlie was just as amazing as before. The process was quick, and she again recognized sympathy for my loss. I’ve dealt with a couple tellers at this branch, and while they weren’t able to assist me, they were still kind and professional. Hands down the best Regions branch in Pensacola. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.”

“Truist at Gulf Breeze have earned my trusts and the manager and the team deserve 5 stars. My personal experience is always the branch and the manager and the team. I have used at least 7 banks, and my relationship with branches have been totally different from branch to branch even in the same bank.Truist in Gulf Breeze is an amazing branch. Derek and the team are very helpful and provide very satisfied services. Derek even went beyond and above to make sure I get my business bank card on time. this is the quality of service customers deserve - they are true customer oriented. Unfortunately you don't see this very often across all the banks in US.It was a very random opportunity that made us decided to use this Truist. We originally plan to use Wells Fargo, because it is a big national bank, has so many itemized services. One day we walked in Wells Fargo and asked for a very small service for the business, and they said no to the request. We knew they can do it, cause we got the service done before at a different Wells Fargo branch. So we left and drove by Truist, and thought let's see if we can get the service done here. They were very happy to help us get it done. after that they asked what else they can do for us. Yes, we said, we would like to open a business account. And since then, we have always get great qualities of service.Customer relationship is very important and this Truist has done a great job. you never know the person who walks in your door can become your customer.”

I spoke with Sheila Hammond, who took time to sit down with me and help me fix the problem that I had created by not entering the deposit correctly. The transaction went through but somehow it went in as a check and not a deposit. Ms. Hammond was professional, courteous, and personable. My problem was solved and concerns were addressed in a very timely manner. She even walked me to my car when I left!”

“I have been a member for many years. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I would have given a 5-star rating except for the recent, horrendous rebrand. That, in itself, deserves a negative 5! I certainly hope they quickly do another one. Forcing the new cards on everyone only added insult to injury! I won't give a lower rating to the branch, only because they are great and have no control over the branding. I can only assume it was designed by a color blind person with absolutely no artistic sense or style!”
