Have problems with the staff to respond to phone calls, regards to repairs, collision and my insurance company can't get responses to sane, staff is always busy with other things and won't take calls,I have left word for the general manager and my next step is to reach the Owner.Is this how they treat a owner of Lexus cars multiple for the past 16years.not done with crap yet from them,

Patricia At Lexus Collision Shop is the best employee. She kept me up to date on every step of the way. I would make her a manager there. She explained everything in detail to me like it was her own car and made sure the job they did was perfect ?. I say she gets 10 stars ✨ and a Raise.

Never take your vehicle there. They are very disrespectful and flood your vehicle yes flood your vehicle and call it an act of God. Horrible experience. Hanniff the collision manager is super rude and has no customer service experience. I took my vehicle there for a small collision to get it fixed and I come to find out my vehicle flooded in there parking lot. They didn’t release insurance información to make the process super difficult. When I filled a claim with my insurance regarding the flood damage they denied my insurance to inspect the car till they dismantled it which obviously they had something to hide. Horrible experience stay away from any Zinn dealer Subaru of Pembroke Pines Toyota of Hollywood Lexus of Pembroke Pines and Acura of Pembroke Pines.

The absolute worst. If I could give -1 stars I honestly would. Please do not bring your car here unless you want to pay out of pocket for a rental for weeks, maybe even months. I had a rear collision, and it has taken almost 2 months, and my vehicle is STILL NOT READY. I've never spoke to Eli who is supposed to be my point person. They blame it on a transition with duties and so forth. I call it garbage. The front desk customer service is - at best. They answer the phone without greeting you and proceed to put you on hold for 30 + mins. The GM - Hans, seems alright and talks a good game but the work his employees are doing is horrible. I will never bring another vehicle here for repair. They blame everything on the insurance company but I've been able to reach my insurance company for clarification. Honestly, I don't even know if I want to drive a Lexus anymore because of my experience with them. So turned off by this whole experience.

I recently had an experience at the Lexus of Pembroke Pines Collision and Body Shop that left me quite dissatisfied, and I feel it's important to share my feedback for anyone considering their services.From the outset, there was a noticeable lack of communication on the progress of the repair, which had been promised by Jacqueline, my service representative when I initially dropped off my vehicle. The repairs were significantly delayed, to the extent that I had to facilitate communication between the insurance adjuster and my service representative to expedite the process.I had also requested an oil change to be performed at the Lexus of Pembroke Pines service center next door while my car was at the body shop awaiting parts and repairs. Unfortunately, my request was denied. Upon receiving my car back, I discovered that only two lug nuts on the back tire were properly affixed, one was loose, and two were missing. After an hour of waiting for the missing lug nuts, I left without them due to the extensive bureaucratic process and management approvals required.Moreover, I observed that the repairs and service provided were just the bare minimum. The dealership did not go the extra mile; for instance, my car was returned unwashed and unvacuumed, in a filthy state, despite having been at the dealership for over a month. Additionally, my request to review prior repairs conducted at the dealership was ignored and left uninvestigated.Even after encountering these complications, I had to return to the dealership to address the fact that the repairs were not done properly.I reached out to the service director at the body shop, Khan, but he did not exhibit enthusiasm or concern regarding the circumstances.In conclusion, I must express my extreme disappointment with this experience. I am a regular customer who typically enjoys the customer service from the service department, and this was my third time using the body shop. It was the first time I felt that customer service was virtually non-existent. It's evident that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction or strive to improve their services.I sincerely hope I won't have to return to the Lexus of Pembroke Pines Body Shop in the future.

This is the second time my family has used Lexus collision center for an auto repair and to be honest I wouldn’t take my automobile anywhere else. First I would like to mention that Brian Figueroa is the best. Not only is his customer service top notch, he also answered all of my question with in fifteen minutes or less via text message. I left some items in the car and when I called to ask if I could stop by and retrieve them he assured me it would be no problem and pulled my car out from the shop on a short notice. The staff there is very welcoming and the repairs on my car made it look brand new. I had a large scratch on the side of my car and they went out of their way to buff it out. I’m very happy with the work they did on my vehicle as well as being pleased with the time they took for all repairs. They even had my rental car waiting for me at their location to make everything easier for me. If you are in an accident please contact Bryan at Lexus of Pembroke Pines Collision Center and he will take great care of you and your car. It’s hard to come by good customer service these days as well as someone you can trust with your car, especially that’s not trying to get over on you and the insurance company. Thank you for taking all my stress away and the excellent work you did on my car. If I could give this place 100 stars I would because they all deserve it!
