Excellent, attentive, and friendly service! I quite recently wanted new gemstones added to my ring, and Tayanis offered me suggestions, estimated pricing, and kept me informed on the status of my repair without having to request the status myself. I've been coming to Zales for a couple of years at least and out of all of the ones I've been to, the one in Pembroke Pines is by far the best one to be in. Coming to get any piece of Jewelry/Watch is such of a perfect experience when I come to a Jewelry store and today Gio was the one who helped with my Blue Dial Citizen and my mother's watch, plus he adjusted the wristband of my Green ? one. Come see them and ask for Tyanis or Gio, tell them I sent you (the guy who works for AA) so they can put the icing on the cake with their excellent Customer Service Skills.

I had a great experience, the service I received was amazing. I when to the store to resize my wedding sets, and Tayanis & Store Manager Giovani was able to locate my warranty without my original receipt. Excellent customer service!!!

Visited this sales to have my engagement ring resized again. Well, I’ve mostly had pleasant experiences at various Zales, this one was particularly enjoyable thanks to Charles!
Charles was supremely helpful friendly! My fiancé and Charles enjoyed sharing stories about their Roman and Renaissance era coins, respectively.
My ring finally fits properly and the jeweler did an excellent job tightening loosened diamonds, made it fit like a glove and sparkle brilliantly! His customer service alone made my fiancé and I agree that this will be the only location we will shop at for our jewelry!
