In 2023, I signed up for a promotional package of multiple training sessions, but I was never told that I was actually agreeing to an automatic monthly renewal and that I would be charged $320 per month, regardless of whether I had completed the sessions from the previous month. It wasn’t until months later that I noticed the ongoing charges totaling more than a thousand dollars. When I reached out to address the issue, I was denied any refunds.

This is my home gym. I’m here 5 times a week. The only thing you “need” to know is that when something is broken or out of order. It stays that way!! lol. This location has no shame. For example. The cable machine don’t have enough clips. So sometimes all you can use is the cables.( 3 years). The assisted dip machine has been out of order for at least 5 months. At one point there was only one urinal and one sink for months!. I’ve politely spoken with management and the have this look on there face like they are hired extras on a movie set that doesn’t know what’s going on. lol this is my home gym! They just collect money and let things rot! Happy lifting though! lol

This gym was great when we 1st starting coming. Now it’s like a MOURGE!!! Machines busted fixed with duck tape. Staff is very impersonal!! Very dissatisfied and disappointed within just a few months of coming. It’s a shame!!

08/16/24 4-5pm fire the employee in charge of the aux. People screaming "change the song/channel" and they turn the volume up. (The one day my headphones run out of battery I gotta deal with this BS)

Amazing Gym with the best service and hospitality from the staff. I couldn’t ask for a better welcoming from the front end associate (Smiley). With her help I was able to jump right into the gym life without hesitation. The atmosphere is nothing but the best. Good music, good people, great vibes.
