Tellers and bankers have no idea what they are doing. Rude and lazy. The branch manager was nice but really needs to retrain his staff. I use to be a manager of a bank. Horrible customer service.

I am so sick and tired of the customer service at this branch… EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to bank at this branch the teller MALIK always has an issue for me. It’s always something! THIS BANK NEEDS NEW STAFF AND MANAGEMENT. Terrible job!
