I can deposit money into my account through the ATM without an ID but if I use their tellers inside of the drive-thru. They won’t deposit my cash without an ID. The in person banking is annoying. Plus the trash bin at the ATM is unacceptable.

At the drive thru, I put my card and ID in the tube and said "please deposit $150 into my checking" making direct eye contact with the teller. Only my card and ID were returned but the money was never deposited. I filed a claim and went back. The manager was great and got my money back. It was still stressful and not efficient or reliable. I've never had a bad experience with Wells Fargo until now. I was told "the money was set aside since we did not know who it belonged to".

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service and long wait times. Very inexperienced tellers and managers. Will never visit their branch again.

Scheduled an appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait as I have things to do. I was just opening up a credit card so the appointment would have been short. Had to leave after 15 minutes of waiting. They also had someone else scheduled at 12:30 who got there after me but she was seen first for some reason. Not pleased with the lack of organization or the waste of time

Opening an account at this branch is discouraging. I came in on a Saturday. They didn’t have any customers at the brach, yet they told me I needed an appointment. I made the appointment and I come in to the appointment and they said they only had 1 banker so I would have to wait 1 hr for a Spanish banker. When someone was helping us, then a Spanish banker showed up, partially because I was upset about the whole situation. I came to open an account with a code. They said they couldn’t use it and so forth.. I looked up online and I found one. I was able to use it. But they staff is not willing to help, or they don’t want to help. They are not for the customer or they even care. So customer service is not a priority or nothing is. Other than push customers away. They are for chilling and not working much.. They dont care for the customers. Not sure I want to do business with them.

I visited the Branch on a Saturday and I met with Ms. Angie Rodriguez, She is an embarrassment to the establishment. She is very unprofessional with no customer service skills. Need more training! Complaint was made.

I went into Wells Fargo to try and open and account and the customer rep tells me she can’t help me because I need to make an appointment. When she wasn’t helping anyone. actually, nobody was in the bank, both customer rep was looking to the celling and wasting their time. This was definitely discouraging. So now, I will chose Bank of America or Chase to open my bank account (Whish are in the same plaza). Please, make feel important to the costumer should be essentially the lest you can do if I am considering give you my money... Seriously guys.

Any one who gave bad reviews for this branch had something wrong or unusual happen to them.I found the staff here very helpful.Ellen Haywood was the banker I dealt with, and she was just so patient with me; even though I'm sure she was tired after a whole week ( I spoke to her LATE Friday afternoon.)I had a very unusual issue to deal with. I can't imagine anyone being more professional, helpful and knowledgable than Ms. Haywood.

Worst customer service I've had with a bank! Manager came over, he acknowledged my complaint, he even aligned with me, like he was understanding. But in the end, nothing was done. I set in the waiting room for 47 minutes to OPEN a bank account, and when it was 4:53 a lady came over to tell me that unfortunately it was late and I wouldn't be able to do so! This is ridiculous. This is when I said I wanted to speak with her manager! DISRESPECTFUL. Closing my accounts!

I went into Wells Fargo to try and open and account and the customer rep tells me she can’t help me because they close in 30 mins and I need to make an appointment. When she wasn’t helping anyone. So she could of easily helped me set up my account that was started already online and they wanted to see a second piece of ID. I already was hesitant using this bank now that I see how my local branch has horrible customer service. This was definitely discouraging.

No control as to order of arrival of clients sitting and waiting for assistance. Not enough employees to assist so there is a long wait.
