They recently rebranded this salon, and it appears there are new owners as well. While they've made aesthetic improvements, I'm disappointed with the new staff. Thankfully, the wonderful Adrianna is still there she does excellent work and really knows how to cut, blow dry, everything for your hair she's an expert. However, my experience with the nail services was far from satisfactory. When they were having a sale on nail services, they kept pushing me to get Apres nails, but I wanted acrylics. Despite my preference, the technician kept trying to persuade me to choose Apres. Reluctantly, she proceeded with the acrylics but was clearly unhappy about it. I should have walked away, but I felt bad and thought she needed the business. The technician ended up cutting my nails shorter than I requested and didn't have the red nail polish I wanted. She complained the entire time about the smell of the acrylics and did a terrible job. By the time I got home, the nails were already lifting and not properly attached. It was clear she didn't know how to do acrylic nails, which is likely why she pushed for Apres. My suggestion to the business is to not offer services that the staff isn't proficient in, as it wastes customers' time. When I called to complain, they offered to fix it by replacing the acrylics with Apres nails, but I was so disappointed that I didn't want to return. In summary, I wouldn't recommend getting your nails done here. As for hair services, Adrianna is the only one I can recommend.

I love this place. ! Betssis and Barbara are my favorite stylist and manicurist, I love their work, excellent people and very professional, highly recommended! Claudia, thank you for always being so special and warm with our visit to the salon!

Came here with my mother for a late Mother's Day gift as she requested a new look and new chapter. Very good hair stylist took last minute wash, hair cut and blow out and absolutely would recommend her again; her name is Mercedes Polanco. Very nice lady and kind. So I gave her a well tip that is well deserved because my mother was satisfied and very blissful with her new look. Also there is a nail done deal that is LIMITED ONLY, it's a call to take advantage of it.

I have been working with Bettsis for years on everything that has to do with my hair, from cuts, straightening, color, EVERYTHING. On this occasion I asked him to do something with my hair since it had lost a little shine and was dry so he advised me to apply a BOTOX and it turned out incredible, his treatment is always ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, super friendly, attentive. Definitely come and ask about her!

Thank you, Betsy, for always being professional and doing an excellent job. She is great at doing colors, haircuts, and hairstyles. Great customer service. I recommend her and the salon. The receptionist and the nail technician also provided professional and excellent customer service. I love how my hair and nails look after I went there. Thank you all

Been going to the salón for years but had the worst experience ever, went in for cutting the ends and Mercedes cut my hair worst than i child, when I got home and straightened it it was crooked and uneven. When I went in she tried blaming me saying that it was cause I moved. Completely insulted. Worst experience ever and will never go there again.

I went on a whim to get my hair done. They offer hair and nail services. When I arrived, they were so welcoming. Polite made me feel so welcomed. I was offered beverages like coffee, water mimosas on Fridays and Saturdays. Damaris was the one that did my hair. She is a lovely older lady who did a wonderful job on my hair I was so happy and excited with the outcome. Thank you for making my experience so Wonderful.
