I am very grateful for how I was received on my visit. Paola is an excellent technician who puts her effort into how to best help the customer. I went to order some glasses for my mom and dad and the quote for their glasses was really very satisfactory in quality products. I recommend this Walmart optician. Excellent service.

Speaking on the optical side and not the Doctors side.I picked up my glasses after a very quick turn around on my order.Paola was the person I unfortunately encountered on pick up today. I must have interrupted her Sunday sit there and do nothing plans. From the moment I walked in she was short, rude and seemingly did not want to do her job. She was by herself and literally doing nothing and no one was in store. She almost refused to adjust my glasses and made it seem like I should have been able to put on my glasses and walk out. After any requested adjustment(3) from beginning to end she had a rude comment and made it seem like I was being unreasonable. The total trip in and out was less than 5 minutes. I left with glasses not fitting properly and her fingerprints on my original pair and my new pair. Thankfully I am an optical technician so I know how to do these adjustments. I had another person with me witnessing this and they verified how I was feeling about our interactions. Everything was great up until my pick up with Paola.

I was very impressed with this vision center at Walmart. I've always gone to private offices. The technician that did my tests was also the receptionist and she was outstanding. She informed me what was covered and what I had to pay out of pocket. She explained each test and it's purpose. Dr. Ho was professional and friendly. She answered my questions and she explained the tests and findings. After she was finished she sent me to pick out my prescription glasses. The technician helped me pick out a frame then went over what I wanted in my lens. Today I picked up my glassed and I was very pleased. I highly recommend this vision center at this Walmart location.

There was only one person working the front. I waited for about 15 minutes until I had to speak with a doctor myself by walking up to her desk. Before that, she was talking to another doctor and they appeared to be joking with another. They looked my way and did not greet me at all. Everyone should be greeted and ask if they have been helped yet. I told her what I needed and she said the person up front has to do that. It makes no sense. As the doctor, you should also be able to hop in and help your colleague if you see people are waiting. Just moved back home from Michigan and their customer service was a lot better. I’m going to go back here to get what I need, but I will not be a patient here.

I bought my glasses on this place and my glasses after a couple months of buying it have been loose I went to the place a year ago to adjust my and they did no problem but today I went again and they told me that they coule fix it but they were not going to be responsible if something goes wrong with my glasses and I would need to replace it if the break my glasses so they just wanted to sell me another glasses and not helping my needs. My glasses are falling every time. I will change my glasses soon but I won't come back to this place. On top of that the girl who was " assisting" me told that due to new management they needed to tell me that and follow this procedure of NOT helping me and trying to sell me a new pair of glasses.

Bad experience. They changed my daughter's appointment. We left without being attended to. The girl at the front desk said I was the one who was wrong. She blamed me for the mistake she made. I have always taken my daughter to this place, but I will never go again. I DO NOT recommend it.

I wait for 2 weeks for an appointment and when I get there I wasnt on the list, I updated my phone at that time, they get it, but not appointment, is not the first time :(

I am not sure what Suzette Fletcher is talking about but I have to say my husband and I are first time customers of the vision center and I could not praise more about Zoe (Suzette if your going to slander someone atleast spell their name correctly). Zoe was extremely professional and helped my husband and I though the process with ease. She even assisted the doctor and even the doctor complimented her. She even went out of her way go over our benefits and pick out frames. I feel that Zoe is an excellent asset to the vision center. Zoe keep up the great work and because of you we are patients there for life .Suzzette maybe its good thag you've taken your business elsewhere because they don't need to have your negative attitude anyway.
