I would love to be able to give this Walgreens more stars, as it seems well stocked, cool and air conditioned, clean. But … then I went to the back and used the neglected restroom. No A/C in July. And a little messy. A health concern.
If they could fix this situation, I would be happy to edit this review.

Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me. The young woman working the window seemed to be working the front desk which means they are very much understaffed.

My sister needed a prescription picked up. I was late getting to the drive through, but going into the store, it was very quick and there was no line at the pharmacy. Thanks for making our in store visit stress free.

It’s the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of going to.
This location has staff member with a severe lack of honesty and the ability to be straightforward with customers. Not only will they come up with excuses at their whim they also have to be snarky while doing so. The wait times are atrocious and the service is practically nonexistent. I strongly recommend switching to any other pharmacy.

Nobody in the pharmacy seems to answer/ pick up the phones! Every time I call about a status of a prescription or a question, I'm always on hold and for long periods to the point I give up. Very disappointing.

I want to be clear, the woman at the register is not to blame for the chaos. She is doing her very best and has yet to snap at a customer despite being beyond slammed the night before Valentine’s Day. But management should be ashamed. To leave her on her own like this is criminal. This is a drugstore, ppl come here for last minute holiday gifts… photo cards, etc. and the worst part is that she has called for help repeatedly and the pharmacy techs that left walked up and told her, “hey… so the shift lead is counting money and said you’re on your own.” That is gross negligence when the line is literally 17 people deep and growing. They need to prioritize customers and their staff better.

This pharmacy really needs to get it together. If you are behind on filling prescriptions, at least be nice at the counter or act like you care.Staffing issues or workflow are not the customer's problem.Either increase staffing, or get nice people in there to work. The girls attitudes are always poor.

Waited 50 minutes to get a flu shot. Never ended up with it the end and left. Had to ask after 30 minutes to get the paperwork to fill it out after not being given it after being told we would. This place is overwhelmed and the customers are ignored unless you keep asking.

If management doesn't see the reviews of this pharmacy then something is very wrong with this place. The worse customer service that you can get, but worse is the lack interest to do even the most minimal of tasks. they are inefficient in all aspects. The feeling you get from this place is the "I don't care" attitude.

Rude staff. Slow as molasses. I rather drive 30 minutes to another store it would actually save me time not to mention frustration.
