Although Walgreens tends to have higher prices than other places, I always find beauty products for my wife that I can't find anywhere else. The wide variety of brands and quality of products make it worth the extra expense. Plus, the staff is always happy to help, offering helpful recommendations and exceptional service. In addition, the convenience of having ample parking at the location is a great plus, facilitating our visits and saving us time and stress. Overall, despite the prices, the shopping experience at Walgreens is always satisfying and keeps us coming back again and again.

Does it really take 5 months for them to realize that they have expired products? I’m more preoccupied of the fact that this item is still on the shelfs. Now I’m wondering how many more expired products are they selling.

I really do like Walgreens compared to the other pharmacies in the area. The number one reason is the customer service is so much better.

I just came home from this Walgreens, where I met manager Jody A. I do not recall having been treated so dismissively and rudely in any Walgreens, or any commerce for that matter. I am told that she is known for this behavior, and I would expect that the company takes action next Monday when I get in touch with the Walgreens customer relations people. It's just not right.

Pharmacy needs to learn about customer service. Every time I call, they pick up the phone, say nothing, then put me right back on hold. This goes on for a while! At least say something!! Worst customer service ever. I changed pharmacies.

This store’s pharmacy is one of the worse I have ever dealt with. They will just hang up on you. Just happened to me. All they tell you is have your doctor call them. My doctor has called numerous times. They will tell my doctor they have the stock. My doctor changes prescription then they tell me they have it on order. I call to find out status and I get have your doctor call. It is a never ending cycle. Takes for ever to get prescription filled.

I was once an extreme coupon queen and every once in a while I go at it again. Today was going to be a large dollar amount purchase. We were buying Neuriva...thanks to Alton Brown and men's shaving equipment. I use Ibotta any chance I get, but was unlucky today. However, the wonderful woman who checked us out reminded me to use my rewards. What would have been a bill of $102 turned out to be $89.

Rude, angry pharmacist and assistant, and no service. Not bad service, no service.I scheduled a Covid test for 9:45 am and arrived 15 minutes early. The amail confirmation said to park in the designated testing spot and call the pharmacist. 2 signs in the parking lot read "Covid-19 and flu testing inside (see photo). The simgle spot, which was also designated for curbside pickup 5was take. I tried calling and was disconnected. I tried the drive-thru and no one responded, so I went inside - wearing a mask of course.Even though I told the assistant I had an appointment, she asked rather angrily if I had an appointment. She then barked that I need to go outside. The pharmacist came over and reiterated the assistant. I explained my attempts to call and try the drive-thru unsuccessfully, and the 2 signs to go inside.They said the phones and system were down - no apology and more anger. They argued there were no signs. They never verified my appointment, never asked my name, and told me, "You have to wait outside 20 minutes."This business deserves a 0 stars.

I have now been to this location twice and both times was treated awfully by the pharmacy staff. They are unnecessarily rude and abrasive. It's weird. It can't be that difficult to treat people kindly. My husband and I went to drop off a new prescription today, and when we dropped off the paper script, we tried give the woman that greeted us our new insurance cards. She waved us away without even looking at the cards and told us she had it... My husband then tried to call her back to let her know we had new insurance and today was the first time we were ever using it so he wasn't sure how she could possibly have it. She ignored us. Luckily another young lady overheard everything and helped us out and put in our new insurance information. We left as it was going to take an hour plus for them to fulfill the prescription, and when my husband came back to retrieve it, the same lady who had Refused to take our insurance card now refused to give him my medication, because somehow the wrong address was on file... In this case, we were lucky that the pharmacist overheard and came by and asked my husband for my date of birth, and was able to give him my medicine. But WTH. Just so offputting, I will definitely not be getting anything else fulfilled at that pharmacy

Miserable service from pharmacist, had to go to a different one just to avoid having to go back to pick up Rx. Slow, inefficient, rude.
