Atrocious customer service on the phone, they put you hold then never come back. Then it re-rings them after five minutes and they simply don't answer. Is this any way to run a business? They are lucky for the large population to draw suckers from, if this was in a small town they would be out of business in a week.

What kind of 24 hour pharmacy closes at 11:30pm until 2am?? How are people supposed to get the medicine they need? I understand being closed for an hour for lunch but over 2 hours???? Ridiculous

Excellent customer service! Stopped in to pick up a prescription from the 24 hour pharmacy after 10 PM, they had my medication ready in 15 minutes. They were kind and helpful and understanding. Honestly, thinking about switching to this pharmacy for all the medication.

This store might be one of the cleanest Walgreens someone can possibly go to. It's very busy but everything looks organized and isn't confusing to pick out from the shelves. As holiday nears, I can understand the heavy traffic for the phones, but I guess some people are patient and others aren't. Overall I don't see why people have rated it lower than what it deserves because of one section or person. Different hours, different days, different people.

They never answer the phone. In addition to that, I've been trying to call today all day, and after being on hold for several minutes, it hangs up. So much wasted time. Likewise, I've had several prescriptions get lost over there, and doctors have to call them to fix it. This branch really needs to get organized and fix their phone system. Awful experiences all week.

Worse customer service ever!!!! Recently got out of a surgery and needed this medication ASAP. They kept postponing it for about two hours... Finally got the prescription after I called to tell them that I was undergoing scrutinizing pain!!!....then they told me that it was ready and did not even bother to notify me via text or phone!!!

This place is terrible for filling prescriptions. I was told to come back in an hour. I did. Then I was told to come back in another hour. I did. Then I was told to come back in another hour. I did. Nothing. So I'll see if it's ready this morning. I can't wait to never go back there again.

Terrible Service! Somebody needs to take care of this business, I don't know why there is always a problem with the prescriptions. My husband received a message saying the order was ready for pickup and when I showed up at the store, they said it's out off stock, they just said come back tomorrow!! People here work with such bad actitudes beachside every customer is a single complaint! Please Walgreens do something!!

Has lost my prescriptions. One time the lady at the drive-thru window said that they had never received my prescription when I went to pick it up after being told it was ready. I thought maybe I took it to a different Walgreens, but after confirming with my husband, I knew we gave them the prescription. This time the lady finally went and looked for it and found it. I was so thankful she found it, as it's not easy to get another prescription for this type of medication, I didn't say anything else except thank you. There has been quite a few times that they stated that we never gave them a prescription and wanted us to get out of the line without even bothering to look for it. Obviously, they were not filed correctly. Do not bother calling them for help. If they place you on hold, you will be bounced from one new person to another and have to ask your question and explain the issue all over again. Today, I talked to 6-7 different people and spent about 2 hours trying to ask about the status of two prescriptions. I'm sure it's stressful on both ends but if they practice better organization and improved their system, I'm sure the customer would have a better experience and the staff would be less rude and uncaring.

Abhorrent customer service and complete staff incompetence. Unable to assist with simple medication disposal. Staff was confused, flustered and unable to give simple guidance in this issue. One ridiculous woman responded, “Maybe google it or go to the fire department?”…. That’s great. Thanks for being so helpful.

This particular Walgreens nvr have my recurring medications in stock. They send notifications that my meds are ready and when I arrive they are not

They don't answer phone calls at the pharmacy so don't waste your time calling.they had me on hold for 20 mins and I waited for "3 callers ahead of Me" as soon as it was my turn they picked up and put me right back on hold without even speaking to me. Then it timed out and started ringing and they never answered. Driving over to talk in person.
