Terrible service, I ordered them to prepare medication for my daughter and 24 hours later they didn't know anything about the medication and it took them a day to find another place that had it.

I wish i have given them a negative star!! I went here to pick up pain meds from after having surgery and waited 3hrs (in pain!) after being told twice it'll be ready in 30mins. I even called 3x for them to tell me its still not ready. When I finally get the meds, on receipt showed it was processed an one hour prior. I never received a text or phone call...I had to call again! Just horrible customer service!!!

I dislike coming here. The staff has to be the slowest and not very friendly.the ladies that were there did not even bother assisting no customer service. The way she talks it seems that she hates her job and that day got into an argument with a customer due to her attitude.Wish there was something good I could say about this place, but I can't. I will try to steeer away from this location.

If I could pick a lower rating, I would. I believe the pharmacist's name is Kyesha - I'm not sure if that is the correct spelling but I was told her eyelashes were so large she could hardly keep her eyes open. My mother went to pick up my scripts for me after a root canal, scripts that were called in literally 5 hours ago at this point. Even if my doctor didn't put the script in immediately, the attitude that we received was completely out of line. My mother was basically turned away without the pain meds - which are not controlled, they gave me 500mg ibuprofen. when she asked about it, she got a snippy response that I will be notified, even though they already displayed the incorrect phone number for me (one that was from 8 years ago, I've updated my information now twice from two different locations) how they even had that number i have no idea. this prompted me to call my dentist, who said it had already been sent in but that they are going to call right now. after about ten minutes I called the pharmacy to check, and to correct my contact info. to which, I received the same attitude, tenfold. if you are going to be a pharmacist, understand that people are in bed in pain or sick, waiting for these medicines. Professionalism and kindness can go a long way - if you plan in being miserable, work somewhere away from the aching public. don't quit your day job, Kyesha. i will be promptly switching pharmacists because of YOU, and solely you.

Horrible! Do not send your prescriptions here! In line for 25 minutes, only 2 cars have received prescriptions.

I've been on hold for 45 mins.. nobody has came to the phone and said anything.. they just pick it up And put me right back on hold.. This is crazy.. definitely changing My pharmacy after this...

Ever since moving out of Hialeah, I think I'm condemned to terrible service at Walgreens. This one is relatively close to me. I get my prescriptions refilled there. It is a legitimate pain as they either keep giving me generics (which fine, they work the same, but at least tell me that I have the option for it rather than me having to ask for it) or they take forever and a day to give me the actual brand name prescription. Pharmacy, photos, main cashier, it's irrelevant - expect a zoo of people. The other day was perhaps the first day that I didn't have to wait half an hour to be attended. Part of me wonders is if this is due to their modernization of the freezer. Apparently now you have panels that electronically tell you what's behind them rather than you know... just basic crystal glass. The logic in this astounds me. It seems like a waste of money for something that could've been kept simple, but I'm rambling here. I've tried calling on several occasions only to get put on hold for half an hour if I even get an employee to answer. Just not worth it honestly. Always slammed. Drive-thru pharmacy isn't that much better. Wait, wait, wait everywhere. Ugh, I'm frustrated even remembering my last adventure in there, and what's worse, that I will eventually have no choice to return. Get your act together, Walgreens, and stop making me wait so much.

Been going to this Walgreens for over five years. I have found staff and management - both in general retail and pharmacy - to be exceptional. The place is always spotless and stocked. Employees go the extra mile to keep everything neat. You can see them from time to time going through isles, making sure things look fine or restocking. Pharmacy staff works very hard to provide top-notch service. They always work close with health care provider even for last-minute prescriptions, and they make you feel comfortable while being extremely professional. Very fond of them. Checkout experience is always good, although sometimes you have a long line - they quickly call for a second cashier and they do their very best to check you out quickly and pleasantly. Photo dept. is always ready to help! Cosmetics I've relied on for a Halloween makeup purchase and they were very helpful, they also help out with checkout when there's a long line. I've seen the team ensuring the outside also looks good, which is nice to see. They are very dedicated to customer's health and safety, very polite, and they make you feel welcome any time of the day. I remember when they were open 24 hours! Keep up the good work, guys! Your local customers appreciate you. EDIT: I forgot to mention they have one of those Redbox machines so you can rent or return movies.

my daughter was not feeling well and we had to fill a last minute prescription. came here and tyree assisted us at the drive thru. he was BEYOND helpful, and made sure to get the script filled rather quickly and was nice about the whole thing. def will be coming back mmore often for these kind of things! and tyree is def an important asset to the pharmacy department

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Extremely long wait times at all times of day, terribly inefficient. On phone you either hold forever on the phone or get hung up on, or answered told to hold again immediately and then hung up on. They push you to online service but they don't read notes or follow instructions so you have to come in or call to get stuff fixed and that's going to take multiple trips.... Ugh hate this place...
