I think the employees need to be incentivized to treat people well. An unhappy employee is not going to be the friendliest or the most helpful. I blame management and corporate structure for that.

They never answer the phone! No matter the time of day, they will have you on hold over 15 min. Other locations customer service is much better.

I visited Walgreens on 09/02. I want to thank the cashier, John, for being very helpful in saving me money by alerting me of my earned discount points that I was not aware of. He was very pleasant and helpful. I have also had previously used the drive through pharmacy whose employees were always quick and efficient. This is the best pharmacy that I have used!

Today is a banner day for poor service. Went to an urgent care at 9. They sent a script here for me to pick up on the way home. Since I know better than to go straight there, I ran errands and waited well over an hour to come pick it up. Drove up to the window and the man was on the phone. Just sat there and stared at me. I didn't know if he was on the phone or waiting for me. Apparently he was waiting for me. I don't know why a simple "Hello, how can I help you?" was less effective than staring blankly at me. So we proceeded past that and apparently they hadn't even bothered to look at my order yet. I was told I could "drive around" for 15 minute and it "might/would" be ready. I asked which is was: might or would since I didn't intend to waste my time. Again. The answer was finally, "It SHOULD be ready." I get being understaffed but good lord. Basic customer service isn't THAT hard. I'm going to go later today and suffer the discomfort of my UTI so I can be positive my meds are ready.

The young girl at the register is the worse. She never left her cell phone during my interaction with her. I'm afraid she can still customers' information by doing that. Then, she was telling me that my transaction couldn't be voided, I had to call the manager, and the Mgr told me that I have to take a picture of the voided recipe cause she couldn't give me a copy. I will escalate this complaint to corporate.

Pharmacy takes approximately 10 min just to acknowledge you in line. (Only one online)

If you are planning to get COVID vaccine, use Walgreens as your last resort. The process is extremely inefficient causing excessive wait time. Once you make an appointment you get a confirmation email instructing you to complete online form to expedite service at the location, but the location has no access to the data you submitted online so you have to fill out a form manually again. Now email also has an pdf of the form which you can prefill and bring it to the location, but when you get to the location, you still need to fill out same form again manually since that is the one they keep in their records not the “same” form that you prefilled and brought to the store. Additionally, you have go through two separate check ins, and there is minimum 15 mins wait between 1st and 2nd. Overall, please plan on to be at the location for an hour, even though you are the first and only one in the line. Also, they do run out of vaccines even though you reserved your spot with an appointment.I would strongly suggest getting it at the CVS. You are literally in and out in 10/15 min tops.

The worst Walgreens I've ever been to, the customer service is unmeasurable! The pharmacy closes without regard to patients or customers, irrespective of appointments. The management, if even present, makes no effort to adequately explain the circumstances. I would never return!

I told this wonderful salesperson I was going to write this review and she did not believe me, so I am hoping her boss or the store reads this review. I entered Walgreens today to purchase my mother's day cards and i was nervous because i expected it to be crowded which s wasn't and because of the Covid-19 virus everyone seems to un edge and shopping is not a great experience. However the store was so clean, the staff was friendly and greeted me but one person stood out , she worked in the beauty department her name is Tisanne, I don't think I am spelling it correctly but she had a Caribbean accent. I observed her helping customers with such a joy and smile. I chose to check out my items with her and she made great recommendations and suggestions especially with coupons that helped to me save a lot of money. But her patience, and smile made a HUGE difference not only in my day but the others she helped.. This is sooo important especially living in this quarantine time, and people are unemployed and stressed out. I told her that her friendliness and smile is going to make me help someone else today. We need more people like Tisanne in the world and ALL need to just smile more have patience.

I used this pharmacy because it was close our pediatrician. Several hours had passed when the prescription was sent in so I called for an update. After several attempts I was able to get through to a pharmacy tech. She said they called the peds to confirm something about the prescription. Valid reason so I gave it a few hours and attempted to call again. Not able to get through I then called my pediatrician to check. They said they didn't get any calls from Walgreens. I tried calling Walgreens again and they said they haven't heard back from the doctor. I proceeded to tell them that the doctors office hadn't received a call. So they said they would call again. At this point I don't know if an initial call was even made. It was a late Friday so I decided to wait the next day. I didn't get a call all weekend and frustrated at this point I called on Monday. The same tech I spoke to the 2 previous times said they placed the order and if they can't get it to their pharmacy by the next day that they could have it sent to a different location. I accepted that and requested to get a call for an update the following day. Again a few days past and received no call. I don't live close by so it isn't convenient for me to just drop in. It now being the following Friday (one week later), I was in the area so stopped in to speak to someone directly. The I told the pharmacist that this had been put in a week ago and I had been waiting for an update. She didn't seem to care that it had been a week but proceeded to take my son's information. After a few minutes she handed over my prescription with no explanation as to why there wasn't a call made to tell it was ready. Who knows how long it had been sitting there waiting for pick up. At that point I was just glad it was ready, paid and left. This was not the first time I had an issue with Walgreens pharmacy. But this particular location was just a pain to deal with. I'll use Walgreens for other needs and the photo center but definitely not for their pharmacy services. Luckily it wasn't something urgent that we needed but something I needed to get taken care of. I'll be sure to go to Publix or CVS instead.

I pulled into Walgreens located in Pembroke Lakes Shopping Center. There was ample shopping even though it's the holiday season. The staff greeted us upon entry and offered help to find anything. The floors were clean the bathroom spotless and everything in the right place. I initially intended to buy wax but they did not have the Sally Hansen Brand that I like. I decided to browse and pick up a few items. The staff was very helpful on directing me to many sale items such as Aveeno, Aquaphore lip balm and most of all XMAS CANDY sale. I bought bronzer for my face My daughter bought water which was nice and cold. They also had an ATM for shoppers convenience. The line went very fast as there were enough cashiers to accommodate the influx of shoppers.

(Translated by Google) On several occasions I have not had an answer to my requests in this store, although one of the cashiers is very friendly, they do not solve the needs of the clients, they have been inefficient in the area of photography, they take a long time to attend, and lack of staff I can help.
