Went for my yearly frames with my prescription, well unbeknown there was an error and Sigreid immediately noticed it and called them out to get everything corrected. If she weren’t have been attentive to detail I would have gotten a wrong prescription placed on my new frames. Can’t thank her enough..

Amazing customer service! The person who helped me, Ginny, was just great. She was very patient and had a lovely smile the entire time. This was my first time going to any form of doctor’s appointment without my parents so I appreciate Ginny’s kindness. I was there probably no more than 45 minutes and that was only because I was deciding on which frames I wanted (she also helped with that). Overall 10/10 customer service and definitely 10/10 prices! If you need glasses this is the place to go!
