It's a regular pet store so it smells like dog cats all of it haha. This was the 2nd time I've gone here and I has just been to bathe my puppy. The washing station is semi clean. It has a lot of dog hair everywhere and can be slippery so be careful. It's very convenient to have around especially when you just pay like $20 to use their soaps towels and everything.

Excelente Customer service Very friendly the other day I went in there because my cat all of a sudden got fleas and they were very helpful to find the right product for my cat

Walked in immediately noticed the customer service wasn't good. Nobody helped me find a tank for my bearded dragon, but when it comes to check out 7/8/22 at around 1:30. The cashier starts to tell me how my tank is to small for my pet, looks around her and tells the other employers the same and then tells a coworker to take me to a larger tank. After The Fact That I Said, I'm looking for a smaller tank not because I want to but because I'm moving somewhere smaller and can't take the tank I had before. On top of that came home to unpack the tank and I see a large crack in it, which would have been prevented if there customer service was 10/10 when I first walked in. This was my first and last time coming to this "supermarket" I shall stick to Petco and PetSmart. Everyone has their own things going on in life difficult or smooth but I honestly wish I never came across the cashier at this location, me and my dragon are both sad after her character towards us.

This is my definite go to for any pet accessories/food. They are super nice and go out of their way to make you happy which you don't get very often these days in other stores. We bought a cat tower for our cats and the gentleman whom I can't remember his name, Went above and beyond helping my husband putting it in the back of out truck. Even the young girl at the cash out counter was amazing and friendly. It was actually a very genuine kindness with both of them helping us out. If the world had more people like that it would be a much better place.

This is my go to location whenever I need basic items for my fish tanks or snakes. The employees here always have greeted me and treated me very nicely and are decently knowledgeable on fish. My questions have never gone unanswered at this location compared to other local animal stores. Recently, I lost 2 of my fish and I took some water to get it sampled and the gentleman that assisted me, Varnel, was extremely nice, educated, and took his time to explain what might of had went wrong in my tank. He answered all my questions and thoroughly explained everything to me even if I asked what seemed to be silly questions. I greatly appreciate his time and knowledge.

Let me just start be saying , worse customer service ever received ! Walked in and needed assistant looking for items for a new puppy ... instead of asking if we needed help or anything two of the workers continued to have their conversation.. it took having to find another worker that was stocking for help ... then when we were still unable to find the what we needed we had no choice but to cut into their conversation ... and that wasn't any better because they still didn't help and accused me of stealing a puppy Harnest .... asking if " I want to pay for that " so I made the comment right back " well maybe if you weren't having a conversation and actually helping you would've seen we walked in with it ... trust me I get it , working without customers coming can be boring but when they do come in atleast make them feel welcomed not like a theft

Very helpful and friendly staff! They had pretty much everything we needed for our new puppies. And they even pointed out things that were 40% off so we saved a lil money too. Great store

I only go there to see the animals or go get hay for my bunnies. If you buy bunnies from there I suggest you watch a few videos from Lennon the bunny or bunnies 101 on YouTube before getting one because employees will try to sell you things that aren't even fit for a hamster. Never get hay that has raisins or other things but hay, Always get oxbow hay, don't get a cage it's too small and causes aggression, don't get water bottles either instead use a water bowl (fun fact bunnies can drink as much as a big dog) AND NEVER EVER GET YOGURT DROPS THAT IS DIABETES FOR YOUR RABBIT. Thank you

This PetSupermarket in East Pembroke Pines/West Hollywood, currently does not have any animals and a very minimal supply of fish--especially Betas. That said, the store was clean and although the lady on the floor was super busy helping another customer and didn't get around to even acknowledging us, at least she was helping someone.

This location is clean and well stocked. I was able to fif what I needed quickly. The staff were working the whole time but stopped as soon as I was ready to go. They have an excellent selection of dog toys and treats!

I'm so happy with this store, such friendly employees. The most important thing I've noticed is the cage that cats are being kept in for adoption is very clean. I'm very impressed and happy that those babies are being taken care of

This would be a 2.5 star rating if I could give it. Stopped in today to pick up a couple of things. Due to close proximity of my house, I ended up here. O am a new pet owner so it was good to check out another pet store. Although they had a good variety of items, the staff did not have a available presence and the prices seemed high. When I came to check out, there was no one at a register. Could have been a fluke, but just didnt get a very warm feeling about this store. The staff I did see and talk to did not seem very knowledgeable. Its a entirely new territory for me being a pet owner, so I would prefer to shop at a store with helpful staff that can appropriately guide me in my and my pets needs.
