Do not go to this location if you value your time or need someone to help you with anything! They do not care! Arrived at the location with 2 frustrated customer ahead of me. Two employees on staff with five customers waiting. The one employee couldnāt come out to help because he was doing paperwork in the back⦠leaving one employee for all five customers. Then when it finally got to be my turn, the guy said I canāt help you. Such a simple thing needed to be done yet couldnāt work with me to get it fixed. I Will never come to this location again.

I hate to agree with the others who left a review here but have to say they are spot on. Long wait times, lack of organization in store on who is next. The manager is all over the place running around instead of handling one customer at a time. I understand that things can get hectic in store, but a touch more hospitality and customer service training would go a long way. Half the battle is actually just being attentive and kind without an attitude. I waited for 1.5 hours to then find out they dont have the phone in stock that I needed. Verizon overall as a company has decent service on the phone, but the in-store experioence, esocially for business owners is not there. The other assistants though were helpful and informative. Do better Verizon...

When did coming to a Verizon store worst than getting a car? I came in for an upgrade for my phone at 6:15pm and I left at 8:30pm!!! If I can give 0 stars I would. 2hrs and 15 minutes wait for a 15 minute transaction. Iāve been with Verizon for more than 15 years and this service was absolutely unacceptable. I desperately waited because I needed my phone for work(on call for my dialysis patients). Very lazy and with no customer service at all. š

Absolutely the worst experience EVER! I placed an order in advance to help expedite us picking up an order. I placed the order at 9 AM and was told that it should be ready within the hour. My dad made multiple trips to the store to see if it was ready and they gave him the runaround saying that there was no order or it wasnāt ready. Then he went back around 4 PM and demanded they fulfill the order before they close and almost 2 hours later, they finally fulfilled the order put it in the locker and then wouldnāt help my 75-year-old dad who had been there multiple times trying to get help even use the technology. In the end, I had to come up with a workaround, which was something they should have thought of on their own. Absolutely unacceptable. Spent almost 6-hours with Verizon over the last two days. Absolutely unacceptable.
