I don't usually write reviews but I have to this time. There is only 1 amazing person that works at this branch and I believe he goes by the name of Jorge. He multitasks and is very helpful. If there is an issue with your mail he will go above and beyond to help. He deserves praise! NOW, on another note, there is a woman by the name of Judith that works there that literally has the personality of a thumbtack. She is never helpful. I sat there and watch a woman scramble looking for postage and instead of offering to sell her postage (duh you are a post office) she watched her scramble and hold up the line. She is rude and acts extremely entitled. Moving forward I am going to avoid going to this post office if she is running the front desk. I'd rather step on glass with bare feet then deal with her. I said my peace.

This is the worst post office service, so slow, true government ran agency. I just go to Miramar and I 75 for faster service.

Every time I come to send a package, this post office is super helpful and patience. Garay was so kind and patient with me while I got my package together to mail out.

I’ve never been so afraid that my package will never be seen again. Poor guy behind the counter looks like he didn’t know where anything went forward the packages were supposed to go. He also just seem completely confused. Honestly it was a terrifying experience. I don’t expect my packages to make it where I sent them. But I’ve already paid for them and left. Praying they make it. If your the owner and you read this please help the employees here they need some training.

The postal service is atrocious. My child had to miss school to go to a set appointment that I had to set 2 months in advance. I also had to miss work as well as my wife to get here. Even though my appointment was at 10:00 I have been waiting here since 9:45 and still haven’t been attended to now being 10:45. Completely unacceptable.

Dude has no idea about the new Label Broker program. This program allows you to print a label on-site if you have a QR code. But he said there is no way he can print anything. Not his fault. There is simply no updated training and they have not implemented it. No self serving machines either. Pretend this is a pre-internet-era branch.

i've dropped packages off several times and it sits in pre-transit for a day before they decide to ship it. Defeats the purpose of priority mail if it takes a week to leave the post office.

This post office loses packages, places them in wrong mailboxes, and then when you put in a claim, they offer no help. They call to act like they are helping but no resolution is provided. Another package lost by USPS. Rarely does this happen with Amazon, UPS, or FedEx, but always with USPS. Shameful.

This Post Office has the most incompetent leadership team. It only has one cashier (George) who is on his seventies working all by himself with no help and the customer line goes out to the P.O. Boxes, just to save a few bucks while providing GRIEF to the customers (for the long and unnecessary wait) who by the way are the ones that have this company running.... PLEASE CHANGE LEADERSHIP ASAP!!!
