This place hours are great! But the people who works here is soooo rude!!!! I needed help simple question and the women answers like if she's superior somehow. Every single time is the same in this location. Afraid to ask anything so they don't say anything rude and I don't go crazy trying to be the better person. Like if they giving me something for free. A little kindness is not that hard.

There are no bins or clear signs like other USPS locations where you can drop off scanned packages. Very rude when simply asked where to drop, clearly they cannot multitask or just poor customer service. Will not use this location again.

Disgusting! Not helpful at all . “You can’t use scotch tape, if it gets there or not it’s not on me!” It’s a guy with a broken finger white male working today! Why hire miserable people to work the happy holidays! If you don’t wanna work call out. I hate going to the post office they all have attitudes!

I love this post office. They are very professional and friendly, sometime when it was a long line and I saw some customer just not patience at all and being rude. But the clerk still try to help them out. Love this place.

You need to update your hours. It’s Saturday noon and you are closed despite Google and your sign at the door saying you open till 2. In 5 min I’ve seen at least 10 people come by as well thinking it’s open because you don’t update your hours. Shame.

Gave a 2 star because of the convenience open til 8pm but the class of customer service I experienced was horrendous. I was laughed at by a clerk when my credit card was declined. There was a bit of a line and he said, arrogant & loud : "Are you going to try using 20 credit cards to pay this transaction as well?"...I'm a small/local business owner. My products are starting to take off to other countries. For that, I'm grateful. USPS is not my 1st choice but for smaller packages it's international rates are great. Our company receives deposits for prepayments on freight, but sometimes banks take a 24/48hr transfer time. Our cards are what we use for the company which are 2 cards. One night our cards did a hold because it didn't recognize the transfer, as a security precaution. To which, we were able to contact another account holder, he solved the security issue and used that bank card to clear the shipment. The clerk was very inclusive with our package, talked about the destination how he visited and what not. We finished the transaction and we were happy to get the shipment done. This time, on our visit, the same pink haired mouthy clerk got personal. As we were taken by another USPS clerk, he decided to include himself in our transaction. Although our clerk was nice he did ask the pink haired clerk for help with the shipment to Hawaii. The line was long and the facility was full of people so I do understand if our clerk needed some help, but once it was time for payment, the pink haired clerk said "Are you going to try using 20 credit cards to pay this transaction as well?"... as he was referring to our 2 credit cards we use for freight & tried to pay with on our last international shipment. I looked in awe as to how rude he was being. Then our clerk asked how would we be paying to which we answered on 2 cards. The other pink haired clerk busted out laughing to overhear our response. I don't know if his life is squared away. But for many people who have a busy life, kids, an elder who they take care of, hospital bills, kids in college, or a person simply trying to start their own business, things unexpectedly happen. But it takes a real j*** to make it evident to a room full of strangers and/or customers that you needed assistance to pay a shipment. It's not his place and moreover to make a rude joke about it, loudy. I hope never to deal with this type of person anywhere I interact with my business needs.

you can clearly tell they only hire people they feel bad for or don't really want to pay a decent amount to. I called earlier to confirm if they close at 8pm and they said THEY DO CLOSE AT 8. this place and its staff is a DUMP. I just called again at 7pm and she told me she was closing early because there nobody in the store so she doesn't want to answer (meaning she doesnt want to work) any questions since they're closing (1hour earlier) LOL. please avoid this location if you value your time and money, they clearly don’t need our business.

The worst experience that I had . Was my first time in usps , and the was so rude , I can understand maybe you are tired but it’s not my fault , I said 2 o 3 times it’s my first time sending sometime and they was so rude, specially a men with pink hair, I never come back to this usps, they not explained me nothing that I asked

Wow. What a disrespectful staff. ESPECIALLY Nicole. They had a line out the door so I was able to monitor and observe the staff behavior towards all customers and I’m distraught and disgusted. The worst part is after observing I decided to approach the staff member who called me, which was Nicole. I was super nice and patient because I assumed she would be nice to me BUT, she’s just a mean person. She doesn’t seem to be happy there. Shes dismissive and talks down on you when you ask questions you just don’t know. She was making comments under her breath after everything we discussed. Beyond Unnecessary.Please improve this type of behavior it’s unacceptable. Kindness is Free let’s remind people that.
