Avoid visiting this location. Employees are EXTREMELY rude. I asked for assistance and they denied it because “they were closed” at exactly 2:00pm. I said “I just have a question” and then one of the women said “then why you stand there just looking at us?” to which I replied “I just need assistance there’s no need to be rude”. Then a man asked me what was my question and was replying agitated, raising his voice. I could tell they wanted to get rid of me. I understand it was closing time but being respectful is basic customer service.

First experience on this post office I’m not planning to go there anymore they don’t have no patience to answer any questions politely. They make you feel like you an idiot by asking them questions they think you should know everything. They answer questions with arrogance. Very poor customer service they are very slow, and they don’t really offer the best options for customers. They just rushing to finish with one customer and say next. I politely ask a short black lady with a blonde hair color to add more tape on the box for me just to protect the box she said no because I had the tape I could have done it. They are very impolite. They really need to do a better job.

This is a great location. The other one on University, across from Ihop is a great one too. Staff is professional and helpful. I may not get everything I want, but they do try to help and will explain why something is not possible and what I need to do to rectify it. I rate on consistency and not just one bad day at the post office.

Very rude and unprofessional employees at this location. I have been going here for 7 years and sent thousands of items, and the whole crew never says hi to me, always rude and unfriendly attitude, it's like you are bothering them with your presence. Last night I asked them for a replacement mail tub in exchange for the one I left them and the military looking guy with a buzz cut just got on my case for no reason, saying please don't do that again there are people in line, he wanted me to wait for him to help everyone to give me a replacement tub which takes 2 seconds, and is not something you need to wait when you are dropping of prepaid mail in your tub. I keep having clashes with the employees at this location, and they always put me in a bad mood with their bad vibes. I see I am not the only one because this is an undoing problem that is being monitored by the US post master general. I Urge everyone who has this experience to report the rudness directly on the USPS website by scrolling down to contact us tab and then scroll down to customer care center tab click on it Email: USPS® Customer Service then select Personnel

If everyone starts reporting, they will take action.
These guys keep spoiling peoples days with their rude attitude and using our tax payer dollars to do so this needs to stop. It's time for a change.

They got everything you need, they just have a super impatient and rude lady who works there. Makes you fear speaking another word and just because of her you are better off going somewhere else. Unless you feel like pissing her off just for the fun of it.

White Guy with the glasses in the front was super rude and snarky. I Was trying to return something in a Decent box but he wanted to sell I guess, so he told me if I wanted to use that box the tape would cost me $4 so he sold me the smaller bag instead. I tried to explain Shein had already paid shipping but he kept repeating super loudly the box was too destroyed. It had one small rip. UsPS has left things in way worse shape in my porch. He needs to learn how to talk to people. Not sure if USPS even looks at this but don't let him talk to you like this....

Dennis has terrible customer service skills, his behavior traits: rushing clients, terrible know it all Zip Code-attitude, aggressive communication, lack of emphaty.

The employees at this location is a breath of fresh air, for they are always professional, nice, friendly, knowledge, and resolve issues in a pleasant manner without becoming irritated by the customers whether the customer is right or wrong. They always maintain professionalism with a friendly disposition for customer service. This staff should receive a commendation for their excellence in performance of their daily duties during this difficult time for the USPS.
Staff of this nature is a gem to have and should be an excellent example for all other locations to follow... Wow, it's refreshing to see so many happy, friendly, professionals even if it's only at this location. I drive past many other locations just to come here because of their outstanding work ethics....
This is one postal office and its staff, that are efficient professionals that does justice to representing the USPS....

The hours are not accurate. I drove across town for the 24 hour service but all the doors were locked at 7 yet the doors said it’s open until 8 pm.

This location probably has the nicest employees that I have dealt with compared to other USPS locations. I definitely go out of my way to arrive at this location just so I can deal with the nice employees. I hope the people that work here stay for a while.

This post office is Great, compared to other post offices that I have had to use. The staff is always very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Other post offices could learn a lot from this one!!
