The only problem I see here is just one person for everything, the customer service in the most USPS offices are really bad but here, the woman is at the morning, she is very sweet, help more than she supposed to, she is kind with everyone not matter color, old or young. I gave 3 stars because not matter what time you come here always is just one person for attendance.

They treated me quite poorly, I had some doubts and they didn't want to help me. Carla seemed very bitter, I don't know if she was having a bad day, but she took it out on all the customers even though we arrived practically when the place opened. The line was long and there was no additional help in the store. They treat you as if you were stupid and wouldn't understand what they're saying when you try to ask something.

Lines are always long but wow the customer service is always amazing here. I had a complicated package and it was near closing time. Ingrim went above and beyond to help me. And I didn’t just get special treatment, she really was like that with all of the customers. So helpful, efficient and was doing multiple things at once all while making it look easy.

Don’t walk into this post office 5 min before they close on a Saturday because they won’t allow you in.

in all respect I briefly went into this post office and i completely understand the complaints and frustration but people have no earthly idea of what the postal workers go thru that gets them this way .while there is no excuse for the behaviour the way to address it you can#1 take the poss survey on your receipt every time#2 call the 800 number on the receipt everytime . if uname them they may get into enough trouble to make them think twice the next time Unacceptable behaviour can never be tolerated on this level

After being completely humiliated and scowled from one of the female who is significantly older than me I left upset and in shock after my daughter(2yrd) and myself (25) go to this locates to change addresses for the 5 time this year I guess that gave this person the right to say how I need to do better for my daughter as if she knows me that she doesn’t times is hard and I’m trying my best but I will never go to this location again knowing I’m doing my best for my daughter but being treated like this from a stranger is not worth it I left my sayings a simple thank you and after as I walked away she then tried to telling me to just forward my mail directly from what I needed to be sent to me. As a young lady this is unacceptable and as a single mom trying my best I didn’t deserve the disrespect.
