Try doing an amazon return. Followed the directions given by amazon, and the employee didn't even let me talk before he was already telling me i needed to buy a box from them.

Very busy location with inefficient service. Staff are not familiar with all their own procedures and pass off customers from one employee to another. Staff are collegial towards each other but act inconvenienced by customers.

I will no longer be visiting this store and will instead conduct my business at 15757 Pines Blvd. The employees' lack of knowledge and proper training is astounding. They were unable to assist me with an international shipment and were unfamiliar with incoterms, invoices, required, etc resulting in my shipment being returned to my address.

Went to the store to process an Amazon return. Three employees in the store only one actually helping customers. The lady in front of me had two large carts full of boxes. Asked if I could jump in there and process my one little return. The employee who is actually working said no. Waste of time had to go to another store. I recommend going to the store further down on pines near Costco. Much better customer service and multiple employees to help process.

I always go to this store for all of my shipping services but today for the first time the employee working named David seemed to be in a bad mood. Everyone that walked unto the store said hello and good morning and he didn’t reply to 1 single comment. I even said good morning an how are you he just gave me a look like get out of here and leave me alone.

I went there at around 1:40pm on 10/02. The ladies working were extremely quick with my returns. The best service of all the UPS locations I been to in west Broward.
