The young lady that assisted me was extremely courteous and kind. Customer service wasn't the issue. I had a prepaid label to return Internet and cable equipment to the provider. I needed to combine items in to a small box to hold the DVR box. This location charged me $8.83 for a SMALL BOX!!!! NO POSTAGE, JUST A SMALL CARDBOARD BOX!!! This isn't a convenience fee, this isn't business, this is pure greed and preying on the community that feeds the owner. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! IF YOU DO, PREPARE TO PAY THROUGH THE NOSE!!! #GREED

One way to improve is to have clerks not spend the entire time on their personal cell phones on personal calls. Also, when you call the store, clerks should not just say "hello". Um, are they not supposed to be professional and answer by saying; "Hello, thank you for calling UPS, how may we assist you?" Managers need to train these clerks better.

I usually love coming to this store. Nice staff and friendly people but not today. As soon as i walked in I could tell the lady in the front was not having a good day. Her face said it all… I had oils that had spilled everywhere and cracked. I asked Amazon that even though they were spilled if they wanted them back they stated yes. Ok then… I brought them back exactly how I received them. She then asked “you know this is liquid right?” YES I DO KNOW IS LIQUID… take it up to Amazon since they wanted their spilled products, don’t take it out on me…. Rude beyond belief….

UPS it's just that it keeps you up when you're down they deliver their packages when they say they will and where they have to go without fail. Everybody knows UPS is great and I am happy to be an admiring customer. UPS certainly lives up to the standards that made them a staple for postal shipments throughout the United States and the world. Thank you UPS!

I had a very pleasant and surprising visit at the UPS store. Rachel and Natasha greeted me with a smile, scanned my return code, and the process was over and I was out the door. Additionally, they briefly informed me about alternate returns that may need a box or pre-packaging, to save me time and waiting in the future. I will definitely recommend using this UPS location to friends and family.

I came in earlier today dropping off a package and this young lady was very helpful at first but as soon as I was about to leave I demanded a kiss and she said no. I don’t know what happened to the customer always being right. Never coming back
