Ok gym, way too many influencers. Good luck not tripping over the 47 tripods you'll likely encounter while trying to get your set in. Seems like a place to be seen more than work out. That being said the equipment is new, although not usually put away. Not the gym's fault, but annoying. They have 5 squat racks and two Smith machines. A good amount of benches. Decent amount of free weights, but again people just leave them scattered about. The upstairs area for the classes is nice. The outdoor HIIT space is good, but again, no one puts their weights away. They have towel service, but never any towels. You are almost always going to wait for a machine. For all of its faults, it is still one of the better places to work out in Pines. No pool, but there is a sauna.

I've had a lot of gym memberships and I definitely recommend this gym over all of them! VERY clean and not crowded with very friendly staff and all of the equipment you can ask for. I also love the environment when I work out here it's really like no other!

I mean this place is good for a workout but they have a very rude coach there by the name of Vanessa! They need stop hiring rude people who feel like it’s okay to move all of your item and take the gym equipment that you’re currently using just because she works there and thinks she’s entitled to!! She didn’t even ask, she literally just grabbed the item from me & said I can use the other one that’s across the room. Pure disgust!

The gym wasn't packed atleast the time I went around 1pm. I believe it's also 24 hours , yeah I'm joining this gym asap!! Great job guys

Garbage. Their sales team is full of sharks who provide misinformation and utilize ambiguity and deception to get a sale.Their space and equipment is top-notch, but their staff and customer service is abysmal. With how much I've paid for my membership while still being denied services that I was told I paid for, I would have been better off with a Planet Fitness membership.I've wasted nearly two years of membership payments on this place.I implore anyone considering a membership here to think twice. You are wasting money on aesthetics, not practicality.

I have been a member of LA Fit, 24 Hour Fit, and have even worked at Bally Total Fit (for those who remember it). So far, this is my favorite gym of all! It is quite clean, especially for a gym that has BJJ and boxing. I love the fact that they have youth classes. My son has lots of fun while exercising. Pretty much all of the staff has been super nice and helpful. If I could, I would be there every single day!

So this gym could be better but definitely something they gotta work on is actually having towels at night I forgot the last time they had towels ready cause it’s always lately there’s no towels, or they are drying but I get that answer for 3 hours straight. Also for the price you pay which some memebers pay $80 you would think they are 24/7 but as of Friday they close early at 11pm so I’m having to rush on my workout especially since I get there a little late. Showers break every now & than & the handles are broken for a week or 2 at a time. Other gyms may be better & more affordable

I love this gym, Franck, one of the membership specialists signed me up about a month ago and so far I’ve been loving it. He set me up with one of best deals compared to everyone else. If you go ask for Franck!!!!

I like taking part in the classes, I have had only good experiences talking to the staff, and there’s sufficient equipment and parking. The only thing I’d like for them to improve is monitoring who actually registered for the classes when they get quite full. I also wish the facility was open later on weekends, but maybe I need to just come in earlier LOL

Not my usual gym but a great option in the Pines area. You can't miss it in the newer plaza on the corner of Pines Blvd & Palm Ave, right near Maple Street & Bento. This gym is huge and has a lot of space for parking. This past visit, I came in the afternoon on a Saturday so it wasn't too crowded but it was a nice break from the Crunch gym in west Pines, which always seems to be packed. The amenities in this gym are nice with two floors and an outdoor roof area. The upstairs had a lot of open space, a room for group exercises classes, and another area for their UFC classes. Downstairs, you have a lot of the normal gym equipment for cardio, strength training, and lifting. I heard it gets packed on weekdays after 5pm, which is normal. A nice gym but have heard a lot of people gripe about how expensive it is.

I come here because it's the nicest gym there is in Pembroke Pines, however it's always so crowded so you have to time it correctly. Also I wish they would do something about the trash all over the grass & parking lot. There's a protected wildlife area next to it and just trash everywhere you look. It's amazing to me that 1. People even litter in the first place 2. They don't hire a cleaning crew to maintain it.

I first would like to preface this by stating the my thoughts and viewpoints are my opinion due to the experience I have had with corporate management of this facility. I have been apart of the BJJ program at UFC FIT Pembroke Pines for well over a year now. Our coaches Manny and Andrew are amazing instructors and have vast knowledge of BJJ, but they are NOT the reason for this scathing review. The reasoning for this is due to my interaction and my fellow practitioner's interaction with the UFC FIT Senior MMA manager Marcelo. Within our chats, he is constantly pushing us to compete and risk injury in the name of competition. As my teammates and I decided not to compete, we were shocked to see that our Saturday BJJ class was cancelled and when brought up to him, it was stated that it was a "corporate decision". Well if the decision is cancel class after no one signs up to compete at a UFC gym competition, that is truly showing off the UFC gym brand, and seems to be retaliatory, due to our unwillingness to compete and risk bodily harm as most of us are in school or have families and jobs.

I was looking for a gym with childcare, group classes and personal training - and I finally found it! Tony is the perfect personal trainer. He knows how to listen and adjusts each exercise as I’m bouncing back from having a kid. Also Yoga and HITT classes are great too.
