  I can’t really rate them yet but I’m annoyed that their website says they close at 8pm and I am here now and it’s 7:05pm yet door is locked md no one is here to help me. I will return in the morning and hopefully have good things to write. This is just a request to please update your company website. Thank you.

  Rented U-Haul a few times before . I like doing it through the app because it’s quick and convenient. This particular time the U-Haul representative at this location didn’t know what to do or how to help me. Really all I needed was the key to the truck because I completed all the paper online to make the process quick . But still had to wait until my guy figured out all he had to do was hand me the key. The guy was nice just had a lack of knowledge on the U-Haul service. Overall decent service
