Have been a tracfone customer for over a decade. Recently needed to change from the tracfone att to the new tracfone verizon sim card. There was over 11,000+ minutes, 6400+ sms, and more than 5 GB of data on the old card but it mysteriously disappeared during the transfer. Called them several times to correct but they claim there is no record of the old sim nor the minutes! Just had a response to this review by Arianne and to told chat. Broke the lock to the battery compartment on my mother’s phone. Refused to listen. Argumentative. Tried to sell me upgrades and misrepresented the plans.
