I had an appointment with Angie to get my nails done. When I walked in she was working on a former employee nails. The former employee happened to be the nail tech that I used my very first time coming to NNails. Angie sat there while I asked the nail tech why I could no longer book her. I’m not sure if Angie was upset but she decided that she did not want to do my nails afterwards and told Vincent that he was going to do my nails and that she had to be somewhere in a hour. Angie ended up never leaving and had times where she could have worked on my nails but decided to look at her phone or do another customer nails. I also asked for a freestyle set and she was no help although on instagram there are many freestyle sets that she does for other customers. Although Vincent did a great job it was unfair to schedule an appointment and not get the person that I asked for. I hope other customers are not treated that way! Even though I was frustrated I decided to leave quietly and do a review instead. Unfortunately, I will not be a returning customer.

I just left this place. At first I thought it was a fantastic place. Attentive. Fast. Detailed. But when I saw the man struggling with my toes, I knew there was a problem. He couldn’t finish the job. The lady said she’ll do the rest of the painting. I was already disappointed in how she painted my finger nails. All different sizes and couldn’t make my french tip the same size. Garbage. Just garbage. I lost my patience when she was supposed to finish my French tips on my toes but since she just took a customer on for a pedicure and realized she just stated the job, I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes. Absurd. So I told them I was leaving and then they panicked and tried to service me. At this point, I realized why they were so empty. Bad service. Bad paint job. Bad everything. Came home to remove all the nail polish and paint it myself. #never Going back

Christina was awesome! This was my first time here and she took her time with my nails and did an awesome job! She will be my go to person now. I just moved here from Georgia and had not found anyone until now. Thank you ? ?

Angie is amazing! My nails stay in place for 5-6 weeks with no lifting!! Pricing is reasonable considering the quality of their work.

They are good but i went twice and did the deep powder and it did not last 1 week
Can’t go back , the product they are using is cheap and i had to pay over $100

I’ve been going to NN Nails every 3-4 weeks for almost a year. Upon my first visit I had dip that I didn’t love, and Angie took the time to explain my options and what she would recommend. It’s a great neighborhood spot that has fair prices. Lisa, Angie and Ashley are all amazing!

I’ve had two appointments with Lisa at NN Nails and both have been 5 star experiences! She is so meticulous with her craft and takes her time to make sure your nails look AND FEEL just right, no weird leftover bits or scraggly/sharp corners.
I’ve tried a handful of salons in the area over the last couple of years and this one’s been the nicest in terms of atmosphere and level of care for the end product.
Would totally recommend!

Ashely is the BEST , I mean, the absolute BEST at what she does. Since day one she has been nothing but welcoming and funny and an absolute GEM of a nail tech. My family and I found this place at random like 4-5 months ago and we have never been happier. She does not rush her clients, she treats everyone with respect, and she is just overall the best person to talk to when getting your nails done. She has become a friend of mine since walking in here and she’s absolutely so talented at what she does. Book with my girl y’all, she’s seriously the best.

First time visiting and Ashley the nail tech did not disappoint! She was friendly, vibrant an great at what she does.
Overall the atmosphere was nice and clean and I do recommend.

I want to start by admitting I am picky. But if I am spending $125.00 for nails and pedicure charged for each additional everything under the sun. I usually am a decent tipper. But really decided if I was going to be charged even for clipping. Literally clipped a milliliter. Not doing it.
I made an appt and saw the lady they put me with I did not want. Because I had a bad experience with her. Then Angie (I think she is an owner.. not sure). Said she can do them but not my pedicure ???. She then sat me with someone who started to do pedicure and I was not pleased from the beginning.
Angie then had to do my pedicure. Which I believe she was not to happy about.
At the end I was happy with the results. Not happy about the $125.00 bill. Then had to go back just 7days later for a chipped nail and she charged me $5.00. Mind you. I was literally just there 7 days ago. Not sure if I will be back.
If I do go back maybe see a young lady by the name of Nah. She seemed like the most professional and polite one out of the group.

Ashley is the best nail technician I've had. Her work is very professional and neat and she is very kind and patient. She makes me feel welcome and comfortable. Her work is of high quality as well. They work by appointmen and have a very organized system that includes rewards.

I got the worst pedicure of my life. The guy didn't shape my nails after I asked 3 times to please file and shape them. Then when he painted the color on my nails it was so light you could still see my natural nail. And on top of everything else I paid $60 dollars for this. I will never go back here again.
