My mother had the worst experience at this store. She waited in line and was next to check out when she was told the register was closing. She moved to a different line, only to be told there were issues with that machine, while the line she had left continued to take customers. When she tried to speak with someone about it, they told her the cashier had no change, despite her having a credit card ready for payment. Based on how they treated her, she will not be returning, and I will be telling everyone about the poor treatment she received at this place.

My visit to Total Wine at 15980 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33027 left much to be desired. Despite my excitement to find the perfect bottle of wine for a family member's housewarming, my experience was marred by disappointing customer service. Upon reaching the register, I encountered a cashier who, while empathetic, regretfully informed me of the store's ID policy. Despite being 40 years old and having my ID, my wife had left hers at home, rendering the purchase impossible. Though I understood the necessity, I politely inquired about any possible accommodations. However, rather than seeking a solution, the manager's response was dismissive and unhelpful. As he walked away with the bottle, my attempts to find a compromise were met with snarky remarks, leaving me feeling disregarded and undervalued as a customer. Fortunately, a mere ten-minute drive led us to ABC Wine, where we not only found a fantastic selection but also received exceptional service that truly exceeded our expectations. Total Wine could certainly learn a thing or two about providing genuine customer care.

Terrible service and felt discrimated by the manager Ruben of the total wine in Pembroke Pines. Been purchasing from total wine for many years and never had such a terrible experience. Sad to say I will not be coming back to any of the locations.

Love this location, they always have great deals, full stock, and the workers and managers are always pleasant and willing to help. Even their curbside pickup is timely and greeted with a smile!

I have gone to other locations but this by far has been the worst. Horrible customer service. Rude and disrespectful. Also, they do not follow their policy at all. I find it very rude and disrespectful that my husband and I went to this location with my 15 year old niece. I had a question about a wine and after I asked the question the lady with glasses automatically mentioned that we all had to be over 21. My husband asked another lady about the ID process and she said that if we looked younger than 30 they will ID. I am way past 30 and so is my husbamd. No where in your policy said that children were not allowed in. I've gone to other total wines with my daughter and never had an issue. If it was on the door or on your website then I wouldn't had taken my niece as she had just came along since we were shopping at other places. I shop at other Total wines frequently and this is very unacceptable. I hope to hear back from someone about this matter

The cashier on duty who was also the manager was very rude and insulted us on repeated occasions until she expelled us from the store in the worst possible way.

Me and my boyfriend (26 and 27) were just turned away AT THE REGISTER because he didn’t have his ID even though I did and we have an account with Total Wine. Clear discrimination and inconvenience for no reason. I don’t care whatever “policy” they have, 1) no other couples were asked for identification while we were there, 2) in the numerous times we’ve been there, at no time did they ask the both of us for IDs like it’s Saturday Night on South Beach. Literally wasted 40 minutes of driving and now Total Wine is losing two paying customers who are culinary chefs.
