This is truly the most unprofessional establishment lead by Tina Teague. Her inability to be effective in ensuring the best interest of her “customers” via policies leave a lot to be desired. Please consider other agencies, as I have found them to quickly resolve concerns that Tina sits on forever!

Tina Teague was very professional. She took the time to really explain our different policy options. In addition to that, when we needed to provide documentation of homeowners insurance, she was really quick about providing the proper information to our lender. After we purchased the home, we had more questions to arise due to some things that needed to be fixed in our home and she was very expedient in getting us the answers to our questions. Two thumbs up.
