If I could give this branch 0 stars I would. The manager or maybe one that pretends he is, Patrick is the biggest crook and liar. I arrived at 11:58 on a Saturday and they had doors closed. When he opened it, while there being many customers in their lobby, he told me they had already closed the tellers. You have a line, you see me with my daughter standing in the heat in the need to make a simple deposit. A large one at that, into one your clients accounts. Come on! Patrick, you are unworthy of a position with this entity.

It's a bit difficult, or neutral should I say, on how I feel about this branch location. It's not more the location or look (because it's great on those 2 items), it's more the staff and how they handle certain requests. Of the few times that I've visited this branch, I usually request a withdraw from my own account. I really never have issues elsewhere when I do this as long as I provide my ID or answer residency questions. But here, I usually get looked at twice and get questioned "why I need to take out money?". I provide my reason but there has been one occasion where I had to go to another nearby branch to withdraw the money since I wasn't given the right to do so here. On the part of the staff, they're professional about it and friendly to try to assist but I find this such a headache, especially when it's your own hard earned money and you need to pay bills.
