I took my Mercedes GLC 300 for service, the owner Handell gave me a list of things my car needs, I loved that in my opinion is very helpful to know what repairs my car needs to get done, He even told me what things to do then and what things can wait since I have a budget, the shop is very well maintained they have the same equipment the dealer has. The waiting area and restrooms are cleaned. It is nice to find a professional family owned business I can trust. I highly recommend!!!

Star Auto Techs is the only shop I trust to work on my BMWx1 and my previous car a Mercedes 280. I have been using this business since 2014. The owner explains the work to be done, provides an honest price and ensures the highest quality of work. Just dropped mine off yesterday for diagnostics amongst other things. Will write my review afterwards as well. They were very nice .Got my car back. They are expensive but they do it right . Genuine factory parts and the owner was very nice . Will be back .

No stars for this unprofessional establishment . The owner hendell is rude and "Bias/Racist" further more he doesn't communicate he'll tell you he's gonna fix your car and doesn't barely has employees and the ones he has are his little minions has all the clients cars parked out front waiting to be fixed probably has no money that's why he overlooks the problem of your car to find another issue! and yes he's very expensive and will try to find any little thing wrong just to get more money out of you . Next time tell your employee to flush the toilet next time leaving poop behind disgusting" DO NOT GO HERE "‼‼‼

One of a few business owner that I can say honest, fair, reasonable, and very knowledgeable. I was referred here by a service advisor at Mercedes in Pines, at first, I was just taking my cars for oil change but now Star Auto Tech is the only shop I trust for Mercedes and BMW. Highly recommended!

Took my vehicle for and oil change and the technician tried to bully me into a service. I kept reiterating that I just wanted an oil change. The technician became very rude and condescending towards me and started to speak in Spanish as if I he was saying something very rude. I would never go back there again. The owner needs to train his staff on how to deal with customers.
