I have brought my Mercedes here a few times for different issues. They are always willing to look at my car quickly and provide a fair quote for repairs. They are a great, local shop that takes care of the issues other shops won't look at. I highly recommend them and will continue to take my car there for repairs.

My experience was not very palatable. Sometimes I wonder if it's because my skin may be darker and I don't speak spanish. After charging me $200 to tell me what I already knew (it was the battery). He wanted to charge an additional $600 to tell us why the car was losing power, not to repair the problem , just to tell us what's wrong. I could've taken the car to the dealer for that.

Have been a long time customer and the last experience was complete utter disappointment. Just lost a long time loyal customer ,and greed is getting the best to way put it from the owner Handel . Last service was overpriced by a few hundred dollars more compared to other years and, yet they quoted me for extra service with outrageous prices with double the price . At this pricing, I might as well take it to the Benz dealership for peace of mind.
Please stay away from this place is bunch of crooks. Don't walk just run away from this place

Simply the BEST repair shop. Handel took the time to not only fix the problem but SHOW me the problem with my 2014 Mercedes on video. I can tell this mechanic loves cars as much as YOU love your car! Did two complicated repairs for a fair price and faster than expected. THIS is where you should take your car!

I took my Mercedes GLC 300 for service, the owner Handell gave me a list of things my car needs, I loved that in my opinion is very helpful to know what repairs my car needs to get done, He even told me what things to do then and what things can wait since I have a budget, the shop is very well maintained they have the same equipment the dealer has. The waiting area and restrooms are cleaned. It is nice to find a professional family owned business I can trust. I highly recommend!!!

Just dropped mine off yesterday for diagnostics amongst other things. Will write my review afterwards as well. They were very nice .Got my car back. They are expensive but they do it right . Genuine factory parts and the owner was very nice . Will be back .
