Staff at this branch is very lazy not friendly at all. They act like your there to beg for money .I'm glad my regular branch doesn't act this way the two Asian ladies at the teller needs to be retrained on how to treat all customers right not just the ones they assume are important customers for whatever reason.

There were no customers and I waited 5 minutes until they decided to serve me. All the employees having a personal conversation. Terrible.Nice offices.The other problem is parking, the spaces are always occupied by people who go to the gym.

Long hold times ( 30 mins )on the phone . Credit card application online using docusign full of glitches . Calls to customer service inform that they cannot see the application I had filled out / signed online . Had to go into the branch to rectify . Google navigation states the branch has closed down ( not ). Hard to find address on Google . Once there the drive through entrance is unmarked and obscured from view . Drive through clerk tells me the application shows complete and “pending “Despite daily emails tellingMe it’s incomplete and lacking signatory ?. Space coast get your sh!t together !!

Ok from what I see the previous reviews are from the old location. Space Coast Has Moved To a brand new Building off of pines blvd and its spacious with offices,and even offer drive through banking.my personal experience wich was a pleasant and professional one which i was able to open two accounts and refinance my auto loan which Space Coast Credit Union. They we're able to provide me with a much lower interest rate and reduced my 5 year loan to 3. Saving me money in the long run. The Representative whom attended me Ms.Oliviia was very Articulate and displayed professionalism at all times. I Will Definitely Recommend this location and I will definitely Revisit.also plenty of parking is available.
