I went to Soma to look for some bra's for my granddaughter when we got looks around than ask one of the two niece ladies who were work if she can help. She said sure, she measured my Granddaughter gives the size then we started to shops. They didn't have the color we needed at the store she ordered online for me free of charge. That was amazing. I forget her name but ,she was so nice.??

I wanted to get fitted for a good bra and decided to take the drive from miami beach to pembroke pines and i am glad i did. I was greeted by Anna who was very helpful and patient with me spending time finding the right style for me. the lingerie is reasonable price and they have plenty of styles to pick from. what stands out for me though was Anna and her excellent customer service. I will definitely make the drive again

Quality of items always high. Great fit. Store seemed a little low on stock this time. Past experiences at this location joyfully greeted upon entering store. This experience not so much.Not much assistance given by staff. Surprised as service is usually outstanding.
