I made an online appointment at 11:30am then showed up for my appointment on time (requested at work to have my lunch an hour earlier to be able to do my haircut) once at smart style salon I mentioned my online appointment but their answer was unreal " we don't go by appointment neither follow online appointments, right now I have three people waiting if you want to wait, it will be around 1,1/2 hours approx, at the beginning I tough it was a joke but no, no joking they don't give a damn thing about your politeness, time and online appointment services offered by Smartstyle. This is by far the most unprofessional and total disrespectful way to handle business, never ever in my life I would consider this place for any services or business. Respect each other's time is the top priority from a commercial business and must be seriously respected at their service practices.

Do not use the woman called Miriam, I went to get a perm and I told her not to cut my hair, before putting the rolls she sneakily cut my hair. She is a crook and a bad person.
