“I go here almost every day to drop off packages for eBay sales. The staff here help me out with printing labels. The staff members are all friendly, efficient, and don't try to upcharge me on unneeded things like extra packaging, unnecessary insurance, etc. Haven't had any issues with the 100+ packages I've dropped off (of course keep in mind that this is just the drop-off location, anything can happen along the way before reaching destination, keeping my fingers crossed).Can't say enough about how great the staff here are. Thankfully the staff, including the manager, at this FedEx location was super helpful. “I have been a customer of this store for 5 years since I live in the area, this store has been acquired by new owners. The service and customer attention is 100%. Without a doubt, this will continue to be my favorite store for shipments, faxes, photos, etc. all in one place.
I also want to say a few days ago I went to Office Depot (since this store was closed due to its schedule), and it took me 2 hours trying to understand some machines to make only some copies with no humanitarian attention to advise you, they only have a paper with some instructions to guide you . I told myself (I'm young and it was difficult for me to understand everything if I were an older person with an emergency with papers I wouldn't be able to do it), of course I thought a lot about my favorite store and I valued them much more.
