I was calling around trying to get assistance with this DIY project i wanted to bring to life but was wasn’t successful until i called this store and spoke to the store manager Mathias and he was very knowledgeable, scheduled a time came in and he educated me on which product would work better for the project I was doing overall i felt welcome and satisfied with the service.

I greeted the staff with a "good morning," but was completely ignored. The lady working there was engrossed in a conversation in her native language with either a coworker or another customer, and she did not even acknowledge my presence or attempt to assist me. This lack of basic customer service was very disappointing, and as a result, I will not be returning to this location. Instead, I went to Home Depot where I received the proper attention and service.
