I went to change my engine oil at this place, I had been there before, the young man who helped me had no idea about changing oil, after I left I noticed a noise in the engine, my car is a black 2012 GMC Terrein, my name is Jose Jimenez, a noise like something happened to the engine, a loud noise, something inside that was made loud by something they did to it, I finally took it to my mechanic and they actually screwed up my engine, the idiot, I don't know if it was The manager tells me no, that's not my problem...that will be taken away later. NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE... THE EMPLOYEE IS RUDE, THE TREMENDOUS UNPATHIC EMPLOYEE, WHAT OIL THEY POURED ON HIM, THEY FUCKED UP MY ENGINE... THE LADY WHO WORKS THERE KNOWS ME AND KNOWS THAT I'M NOT ABOUT TO TELL LIES...... ....

the owner is can only assume was disrespectful and rude. no communication skills at all. No respect for women; I can tell he mistreats the workers there. didn’t go through with the oil change. went straight to pep boys?? and that should have been my first option

I have been coming to Shell Rapid Lube for quite some years now. My family also brings their cars to them as well. The service is always excellent and professional. The staff is honest and kind. They always fix my car’s problems!!! Thank you very much!

Everything with the process of getting my oil changed was okay, two problems. 1) Wait time was long. I was the only one at the shop and it took 20 minuets, Iv changed my oil before it takes less than 5, I also brought my own filter and oil thinking it would take 5 minuets but No. 2) I had around $5 in quarters in my cup holder and when they brought me my car I saw 75¢, they took my money without asking and regardless of leaving quarters IN MY CAR, nobody should take it.

Very bad attention, lack of respect and professionalism by the Workshop Manager.I was a customer of that shop for several years during which I maintained my three cars.The owners of the place appointed Cristian as Workshop Manager, a person who on my last visit treated me and another client who was in the place badly, trying to force us to sit in the waiting area and not allowing me to see from the side. exterior the work that was done to my car. That person was rude and defiant.I asked them to give me the owners' phone number to send my complaint. They did not give it to me. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT ATTITUDE.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE TO ANYONE WHO DEMANDS QUALITY IN THE SERVICE THEY RECEIVE, IT COULD END UP IN A SERIOUS PROBLEM. QUALITY BEGINS WITH GOOD TREATMENT AND RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER.

I have been coming here for the last 8 years. I take my 4 cars. Good price and fast. But yesterday, Sunday, I went to get an oil change and balance a tire and his manager Christian treated me very badly. While he was trying to take the cars away, Christian came angrily, rudely demanding that he come in and sit me down. I told him no . Then he told me that he was the manager and he told me not to bring my cars here anymore. Customers don't need to be treated this way. I do not recommend this place and if you have doubts and go away from Christian, it will not help your day.

It is my first experience and I loved it. They vacuumed the car, they changed the oil fast, accurate and at 50% the competition's price. I truly recommend them to all my friends and family.
