Bad experience buying food, serving yourself requires cleaning, I don't trust many people who come to self service and to top it all off it's very expensive

The vegetables are very bad, cucumbers in bad condition, the shelf of sour oranges is a mess, my wife and I have been noticing that they are the same ones for about a month and they are already in such bad condition that they are the size of a lemon how dry they are. The staff in the meat, ham and cheese section are very nice people and attentive to the public.

Terrible attention. I requested a large coffee without sugar. I asked. Six envelopes of Sprenda. They denied them to me since the manager only authorizes three envelopes.It's funny, this morning I bought another coffee at Sedanos on Palm Ave.

Good eveningMarch 18 2024 - 10:01pm. I came to buy couple things and on the website the hours they weren’t updated which it’s ok, sometimes happens, but the most surprising thing was that the new store manager (because its my first time seeing the gentleman in 6 years) replied back to my question….” Sr. You should tell the team that it’s in charge of the website and socialMedia to update the hours” his reply was “well, if you have any complains you should try to update your self or complain directly with that team because that’s not my job and they don’t pay me for that… I am here just to do what I suppose to do and that’s it” ? What a great manager what a shame

Horrible customer service by her manager. I got couple issues or complains an her manager does not want to knows about it. Last time I bought two pounds of rise and one of salmon, the cashier charge me both at the same price per pound. I asked for the manager and she told another cashier to tell me nothing she can do about it. No even want to see the receipt. Bad customer service after 14 years shopping at walking distance from home. Too bad Sedanos spend too much money in advertising and manager are not well train or customer service oriented. Need more train cashiers. ?

Order catering at Sedanos 10333 &Pines Blvd ..We ordered catering food for an engagement party ...food wasn't the best...chicken was with no color either no flavor, same as Moros no flavor at all, maduros hardddd as a rock.. but the worst part was the Pechuga a la plancha it was white and hard as a rock..look like a chancleta I can hit anyone in their head with the pechuga and knocked down the floor..I don't recommend this location for any catering think twice before you do...For futher catering...thou I can say the MOJO was pretty good ...My advise research and have plan B..like I did had other food as second options! !Thank you.
