Regions Worst bank ever they stole my money and froze my account without explanation for over 4 months and they don’t want to give me my own money when I visit the branch the money its over 10k and they keep on telling me that they work with another company that’s holding my money and all this don’t make no sense and they will stole your money

Good customer service and impeccable professionalism; the banker that serviced me explained all the products thoroughly and definitely treated me as valued customer. Her initials are A. M. and she is an asset to your financial institution, best in human capital and she is most certainly useful in the bank's production service.

Good customer service, but be careful with this bank, they offer many things in the area of credit (no matter are your score and income) it is bla bla..., we do not recommend using their credit card or HEL, they are sending false promotions and it became scams, we have been victims of it, We just closed my account. If you made a payment it takes to much time to credit it, over a 48 hours. Sorry, the customer service is terrible (unprofessional including the Manager) whether by phone or online, not in the Branches.

I am deeply concerned about the prolonged and unjustifiable freezing of my business account for the past two years, along with the subsequent withholding of my funds without legitimate cause or due process. I kindly request your urgent intervention to investigate this matter and rectify the situation promptly. To provide context, my business has maintained a banking relationship with Regions Bank for several years, during which we have consistently adhered to all regulatory and compliance requirements. We have never been involved in any suspicious or unlawful activities that would warrant such an extreme measure as the freezing of our account. I urge you to take all necessary actions to ensure that Regions Bank complies with applicable laws and regulations and promptly resolves this matter. Rigoberto from Pembrooke Brooke pines brach promised a $150k unsecured lined credit for my biz (19yrs of profit & increased sales over $2m/ year…… my credit score is over 800)He said I had to deposit $10k for 6 months & use ATM card 1x to qualify.Here we are seven months later, and he says unfortunately, they will not even consider my application because I did not use the account daily. If you would’ve told me the six months ago, I would’ve never open the account. It is a complete waste of time and these guys engage in predatory loan practicing.

Horrible experience! today at this branch with the lady of the front desk, July 7th in the morning with the lady that has glasses on. She turn around and started talking and I could of course heard what she said while taking my money order. She was just RUDE, she should not be working for customer service

Our experience when we opened our checking account was very good! The bank officer that received us was very helpful and patience with our questions and needs! I would highly recommend this Regions Bank branch and their people at Pembroke Pines!!

The worst experience of my life ! The teller on the left hand side an older woman with glasses made me feel so disgusted with my visit today as I am a new customer I made a online account and this was in regards of recovering a debit card for my NEW ACCOUNT as I felt like it was a hate race as I am African American, so I go to a different branch and they was able to give me a debit card with no issues no questions. I'm lost for words I can't believe a person like that wakes up everyday with that hate in their heart.Hope y'all replace her with someone more experienced.
