Literally terrible. I walk in trying to sell 3 pairs of shoes which are probably worth 750-800 altogether and the guy working has an attitude and proceeds to tell me they're worth 50 each.... bro how are you gonna work at a store like this and be that unknowledgeable on shoe resale prices. I walk out and thank the dude anyways and he just ignores me with some look on his face....ok. Doesn't shock me i'm not the only bad review. Don't even bother coming here if you're trying to sell your stuff.

Quoted a price on IG, due to personal reasons I couldn’t visit the store. I went in a couple weeks later to be quoted $60 less. Then told everyday the price is different. Yet, still going for the same price on stockx. The quote had no expiration date and should be honored.Update: after the response to work something out. They seem to have blocked me on Instagram. Thanks for doing your due diligence and making the best effort.

Came here by chance to see if they had Jordan 3 black cements, my favorite shoe ever. They didn’t have my size but the owner found my size in 24 hours and at a great price even lower than StockX. Good business and 100 percent authentic! Will make come back like a boomerang!

This place is great! The service is excellent and people there are very friendly. They have a great selection and update it frequently so there is never a shortage of options. They took phenomenal care of me on multiple occasions and one time when I needed a specific pair of shoes for a last minute event, the owner even met up with me after store hours to get me what I needed! Nobody does that. They have me as a customer for life.Side note: After reading some of these recent one star reviews, I have to say, people really tend to overreact when they don’t get their way. I get why Rare charges a little more than other places online. They have overhead in a mall and they’re actually buying the shoes to stock them instead of just letting people sell their own shoes on their app. They’re also readily available so the convenience of being able to get exclusive shoes immediately definitely has value too. The owner is a good guy just trying to make a living. I would never think twice about doing business here. They’re really phenomenal!

As a customer I walk in open minded to every shoe being market price or maybe even higher. I shop for my family here all the time during holidays my siblings more often.rare’s service and genuine honesty to any of my questions or concerns left me pleased. Myself,siblings and friends walk out always with a smile so I could never complain.

I tried to sell over 1300$ of market value to the store and they offered me 1000 store credit. Bro there shoes were so overpriced so what am I gonna get with store credit. Do not go if your looking to sell at all. They have a nice selection of shoes (not really clothes). Respectfully I would never go to again and there many better options.

Maor Avigdor, you are a rip off without a conscience. They sell Nike (currently sold online) shoes for twice the price of the retailer. What???? And having a no return policy means you know that your prices are outrageous.Response to reply: Call me what you want. But you are taking advantage of people. You will have to deal with what you call yourself.

Walked in to a very wide selection of shoes, was greeted very warmly by the employees and I was assisted throughout my whole stay to find exactly what I wanted.

Great experience , excellent customer service. These guys are extremely knowledgable and saved me from buying fakes on offer up. They tracked down the shoes I wanted at a great price. Would definitely come back!

Most reviews are accurate, the fact that they keep saying “ have fun buying fakes on stockx” but when you go into the store they base their “offer” 50% under stockx , i get it they gotta make money but lowballing aint it youre already taxin because youre in a mall, you dont have to lowball when everyone knows youll be charging way over market, plenty of better options in south florida
