I have been to this store a few times already and it is always amazing! I'm specifically a fan of their shaped crystals, such as the pyramids and spheres and I absolutely love their bracelets. Every time I go I leave with a bracelet! They have started doing events and I have loved every single event as well. They are building a lovely community and I can't wait to continue attending and being part of it.

I used to be a regular of this store for years but today was my last day shopping. Basically, be aware that not all bracelets are marked with the right price, which was confirmed by the employees claiming "they are still working on prices due to specific crystals" regardless of being the same size. I can understand that. But it is a straight up scam. I grabbed a bracelet that clearly marked X price attached to it and when I went to pay it was double that X price. I paid confidently because I do not expect the stuff clearly priced I picked to turn out a different price. By the time I noticed it was too late.
To make matters worse, they have a no return policy, which you would be aware at the end of your receipt, after you paid. They offer no store credit, only exchanges. I didn't even leave the store because it all seemed off to me. I just find it really irresponsible that the price system is so sketchy and on top of that, for a "mistake" that is not the consumers fault, you cannot even get your money back. Not even in consideration of the seller's mistake. End of the story, I didn't get my money back. Only exchange for a few things because that was the only option. I feel bad because again, I have come here for years and the staff is always so knowledgeable and kind, and this is not their making, they are just staff. But it is a terrible experience for any customer.

I come to this crystal shop every so often but it’s a 40 mins drive from me. They close at 9 today, its advertised on Google, their sign on their door and everything but its 8:19 and they are closed. There were about 3-4 employees who were trying to avoid eye contact with me as I walk to the door and tried to open it. Finally an employee signaled that they were close after I had to wave and get their attention. This was disappointing since I drove all the way here and you guys closed early, also trying to not acknowledge someone is at the door and pretending to carry on and was not cool.

Sales staff left me alone after initial greeting which was great. Small selection of books that included books I hadn't seen anywhere else. Stick incense was very well priced. Most of the inventory was crystals. Also had some Tarot and Oracle cards but no Lenormand cards.

By far the best spiritual / metaphysical shop I’ve stepped foot in. You feel a peaceful and welcoming energy as soon as you step in, and the customer service / range of products provided are exceptional. Will be coming here for many years to come and I’d suggest this shop to everyone.
