Probability this Publix pharmacy is THE worst run is astronomical - long on hold times, their attitude with customers is deplorable Pharmacist talks in circles - does not provide a coherent response - actually sends customers to Walgreens and CVS - stands defensively and sidesteps questions - definitely not an ambassador for the company! NOT a well-run department They continue to answer on speakerphone HIPPA violation - unprofessional for anyone to answer a call on speakerphone, caller has no privacy
