thanks to Zahyra Restrepo making my card with my mom was a great and chill exprience she talked perfect spanish for my mom and english to me she made everything go well and overall was a great personality and had some nice conversations with her great employee and a great person i was her 3rd account she had ever made and she did great no errors or anything

PEFCU is awesome! They have a great branch manager Jheniffer Alphonse, she is always smiling and always helping my mother when she needs it. She also bring a positive energy and attitude towards her team and the members having a smalls talks in the lobby and telling everyone welcome is amazing.
PEFCU set the bar high from all the credit unions. Love this place!!

My wife and I went to this credit union for two auto loans. Both times we were paired up with exceptional advocates. Back in 2020 Jheniffer, whom is now branch manager, helped us out. We came after we found a car and were able to get credit check and approval on the same day. We were in and out in maybe a couple of hours.
On this visit Emely helped us out. She also help me open an account. The credit check system was down so we had to return. When we returned we in and out with our check in maybe a couple of hours.
They're knowledgeable, patient, have a great sense of humor, and helped us secure an auto loan again. Thank you all for your service.
