Waited on the phone for 20 min. No answer. Call back and the just kept putting me on hold without ever talking to me for a moment. Horrible customer service

Probability this Publix pharmacy is THE worst run is astronomical - long on hold times, their attitude with customers is deplorable Pharmacist talks in circles - does not provide a coherent response - actually sends customers to Walgreens and CVS - stands defensively and sidesteps questions - definitely not an ambassador for the company! NOT a well-run department - They continue to answer on speakerphone HIPPA violation - unprofessional for anyone to answer a call on speakerphone, caller has no privacy

My Team work very proud good special at publix and I lime in place from store that very nice a store good wonderful too good price buy food that good people support f r iendly with all people face to face very friendly person customer and cashiers too team will happy help all people good support. Still store price buy in publix wonderful ?!!!????

I will say I've been here many times. But today was not a good visit and this was the second time I came back due to the order I was trying to place. It was approximately 2:15pm July 5, 2023. But I will say , the young lady that was there in the morning Shift was awesome and sweet. This was at 12:15pm July 5,2023 When I approached the bakery the second time there was a Male talking on the phone, he had realized I was there, after pacing back-and-forth in the bakery section. He noticed me after I came back from looking at the cakes , So since he noticed me he told me he will be with me in a few minutes but I did notice there were 2 females working right by the Carvel section at 1st to see my options and they both of them made eye contact with me but didn't say anything to me and laughed... I patiently waiting for the young man, so he approached me and ask me if I was being help" I told him No , so when I requested what I wanted he asked the other 2 ladies that were in the 1st place if I can be help with what I requested. They looked at me and smirk with an evil grin is like they didn't want to even bother with my request . There customer service skills were very POOR , RUDE and Evil is more like it ! One had a green tee and the other was a light blue button down tee ... I've never been treated like that ever in NO PUBLIX! If you don't like your job don't do it ! They shouldn't even be working. They need to fired for the POOR SERVICE and not trying to give other options to help there customers ! I WILL NOT BE ORDERING WITH THIS BAKERY IN THE FUTURE! GOD BLESS THEM I HOPE THEY GET REPLACED

This is a very well run pharmacy. They always seem busy and they keep up and I rarely have to wait. I went yesterday with a issue with a vacation issue where I had to get a two month supply and they help me coordinate things with my insurance, my doctor and also help me use a coupon. They are really terrific. They have sometimes a demanding clientele there, but still act professional and are very efficient and polite. Much better than those two popular independent pharmacies where I’ve been and really have had bad experiences so I thank them

Wanted to take a minute to say how awesome the deli/sub department is. Judyy and Teresa where kind and polite considering how overwhelmed they where they where polite and communicative with customers. Judyy and Teresa are definitely an example of good working employees who take pride in there jobs. Thank you for your kindness.

This Publix was amazing. The staff was great, it is very clean, they were prepared for game day and Valentine's Day with special food items like heart-shaped cookies, football cake, and balloons . Everything looked very festive. One of the unrelated items were out of stock. However, two staff members went to look for the items that were missing to try and make sure I had what I needed. In case you're wondering it was a StoneFire pizza crust, ultra thin. Lol Anywho they are now offering rain checks again so I locked one up for the deal, yay! They also offer paper bag instead of plastic just asked for them. They have a decent clearance section as well. Overall, it was a great experience.

Not all Publix's are created equal. This one is a little difficult to get to in the Pembroke Commons shopping plaza, but is well worth it. I went for the first time at a 1:30 pm on a Saturday, yet it had lots of parking, light traffic, and cashiers waiting with empty lines. What a wonderful and quick experience, not to mention how big it is and the variety of products.

This store needs to get their deli section together when it comes to making subs and the online orders. So many times I've gone to this Publix to grab an online order and I would just hear excuses from the deli crew why it hasn't been made or it was never made. I placed an order today for 6:00 knowing they take their time to get to the order so I arrived at 7:00 today and nothing so I left, order no. 12-6659 for the curious ones . This Publix used to be good with the deli. I've been a local for 20 years now, not placing anymore orders with this store.

This Publix is very nice and clean, all the workers are very friendly . I for in for some quick food, I end up having a sandwich at one of their food stations. Was pretty good and quick .

Impressive ethnic aisle, so much so I texted a friend about it upon finding some really difficult-to-find European cookies. That said, I think this Publix has it all. Ample parking, a bakery and pharmacy, plenty of cashiers, you name it and it has it. Oh, and add a cheese or two that isn't fairly common to this list of stuff that isn't readily available elsewhere. Consider me impressed. Still, it's a Publix, and it seems the secret is out when it comes to this one. There are so many items simply missing in action. Tear.
