I called and asked the cost of the service and they told me 40, I went there they did the work and they charged me 5 dollars more I could understand! By the way it was dip power! In the end I was happy because she did it very well! Then after 3 weeks I came back again and they already charged me 50 dollars. I told him why are you charging me more if I did the same thing last time? She told me why they filed her nails! and I was amazed!!! the question is!!! What is included in the price I pay, just put the powder and that's it? Well, it seems like a scam to me. I only had the opportunity to go twice! because I did like the work. but not how they handle the collections part!

Don’t get scammed these people charge what is convenient for them. They don’t even ask you what you really want and just assume you will be happy. The place is dirty and not welcoming at all. I was recommended went once and second time and last was ridiculous. I did dip and the color was so worn off but yet she said it was bc of the tips. Really! Some look ok while others look really bad. They charge for shape, size, and removal. Shape was different on both hands. But yet dont tell you ahead of time how much for services. This is the worse most dirty place I have been to. Never again! Charged $60 dollars and had to paint them over myself from how bad the color looked. I can see why this place is dead!

I'm giving them 2 for customer service. They were absolutely sweet. The problem is the work done. Nails had bubbles, streaks and scratches. To even explain to them why it was terrible would be a waste of time especially since I'm was under a time constraint. $75 plus tip later (again they were wonderful. I may have gotten someone with less skill), I'm hoping that I have time to redo them elsewhere before I go on vacation. My 6 year old would have done a better job.

I am so satisfied with the utmost care and precision the nail tech at Pro Nails Plus gave me today. I was a walk-in and on an extremely tight schedule… they were able to get me out in less than an hour for dip; and my nails look just like the pictures I showed them. They are amazing I’ve never been happier!
