I came in today 5/10 after paying membership for over a year and was not set up to sign in like the meme bet a normally do because I didn’t understand the process. Well Esther the amazing young lady at the reception area helped me and I’m now I’m able to check in. I have met multiple clerk at check and no one ever offered to even explain how it could get done. Esther took the time to walk me through every single step. Thanks Esther. @ planet fitness Pembroke Pines. Keep up that amazing personality.

Gym can get PACKED usually beteeen 5-8, but staff has done a great job of keeping it clean and the equipment serviced. Only downside is the shower doors have large planet fitness logos on them, which are see through for some reason.

The overnight guy, tall black guy with tattoos is straight up battery acid, The guy tries to act way too hard and never greets you. On two occasions I greeted him (like decent human being do) and he proceeded to side eye me and act like he didn’t hear me. First day I came to the gym he pointed his finger at me ordering me to come to the front desk, told me “ I need you to stand right there” with an attitude.It was for the picture so I did it then he says “ back up you’re too close”, I just laughed and assumed brother was going through a bad day, all good, but not the case. Dude needs to lighten up or find a different job.

I've never found a better place to make myself fit than this one. It's a highly motivating workout environment with the friendliest staff, including Dylan, Brad, Leanne, Bri and Lee!

Been attending this planet fitness since 2020. The staff are so sweet, when you enter you’re always warmly welcomed. Leanne and Bri are super sweet. It’s always kept so clean and tidy. I would totally recommend

I was harassed here by the manager named Giovanni because I did not have a photo on my profile. I was in the area and decided to stop by to do a quick workout. The manager Giovanni decided to harass me. Because I did not have a photo on my Planet Fitness account as an attorney I don’t like my face or my photo on anything. To me, it felt like more like racially profiling me. i’ll never come back to this location again.

I switched my home membership gym from NY to the west pines location. Not only is the place super clean & basically almost empty on the dates and times I come, the staff, particularly Allison, Leanne, James and Bri, make check-in and reserving massage chairs a breeze! I highly recommend this club to all the locals in the area!! Working out has never been so motivating as it is here!! UPDATE: I was out for 6 weeks after an unexpected surgery. Once again your staff, (Bri in particular), welcomed me back and kept encouraging me as well as cautioning me about working out too hard after surgery. Where else would you find that type of concern??? Again, I compliment Bri and the incredible staff here at your west pines branch!!

Fantastic gym! The people here are definitely the most friendly and respectful I’ve come across. The gym is always clean and never too full. And the staff are great. If you ever need anything - Brad, Bri and Leanne got you!
