The absolute worst place to get your medication. I went there, and I was told that the medication would be ready in a couple of minutes. Keep in mind that it did not require any effort on their end as the medication was already packaged and ready to go. Thirty minutes later, I walk back in and the telling me they still haven't started working on it.The staff was very lazy, passive-aggressive, and unprofessional.I would never come back here again, even if they were last pharmacy on earth.

The pharmacist here, Mr Ali, is so very professional and a is simply put, a very nice guy. He was able to accommodate me even at what would appear as an inconvenience to get me a timely COVID test result for travel on the same day. Every time I or a family member speaks with him, it is always a pleasant experience. I highly recommend him to anyone for professional personalized service by a registered pharmacist.

Local pharmacy that provides antigen Covid test at a price of 69 dollars per person. Good alternative for tourists that will need it. Very fast results and cordial staff. Other products in the store also have a good price.

My family(4 persons) was in close contact with a person who later was diagnosed with Covid. It happened just before we were about to go on our first trip abroad. We need to have PCR test done not more than 72 hours before our flight. I checked all Quests Diagnostics location near me, none of them had appointment available. Fortunately, my family doctor told about Pines pharmacy. I called and doctor Mohammed told that he can do PCR test and provide its result in 2 hours. He did and provided a great service. Fortunately, all four of us tested negative. I highly recommend Dr Mohammed.

If you need results for a covid test in a very timely manner, go to this store! The pharmacy owner is so kind and will make sure your results are out in a matter of minutes. My family and I had an emergency trip to take and needed our results ASAP, and it was provided within the hour. The customer service is amazing!Thank you!!!

I was visiting Florida on a short trip and needed a PCR test ASAP for my return flight home. Prior discovering this pharmacy I called and tried many other pharmacies who didn't even try to help me. Mohammed, the pharmacy owner was so kind to help myself and my family obtain my rest results in 1 hour! This was such a stress relief! Thank you for your professionalism and prompt service! I highly recommend this location for all your pharmacy and COVID testing requirements.

I have to get a PCR test before flying abroad.They have an amazing service. My test results were ready in less than an hour. The owner of this pharmacy was very professional and friendly. If you have a need in getting your results quick - that’s the right place. The whole visit took me 10 minutes

I missed an International flight today 01/27/2022. I was furious because of the red tape to go to a third world country with 15 page questionnaire on your covid-19 vaccination. By the time I finished the 15 page questionnaire at the airport, I missed my flight and my COVID-19 test expired while I was there for 4 hours. After I left the airport. I drove to CVS and it will not be ready for 1-3 days. I will miss my rebooked flight for the next day. My 3 brothers referred me Pines Health Pharmacy. My PCR test and result was out and ready in less than 40 minutes. I am so happy, I will not miss my next flight tomorrow 01/28/2022. Mr Arshad Ali is the ultimate customer service person. Calmed my worries of missing my next flight, Mr. Ali called me after 45 minutes that my result is ready. I can sure sleep well tonight for the 16 hours flight. There are scammers out there, in desperation to get a 4 hours test, I paid Alliance Health $150 on 3702 Washington Street for 4pm rapid test on 01/27/2022, Order # 4341762. There was no business there when I got there. Save yourself scammers, I called my credit card company for a refund I am up against time for my next flight. I need the results before my flight 12 noon 01/28/2022. Pines Health Mart Pharmacy. Excellent customer service and your result in your hand in less than 45 minutes. The very best and highly recommended.

We flew in from the U.K. and required a test for our cruise, the pre and post communication was first class. Our appointment and test was extremely efficient. It’s a 30 minutes out of F.L. if driving a quick tip it’s behind IHOP on N. University Drive.
