WOW!Never thought 'd have to write something like this, but it seems like customer service has become a thing of the past. I'll preface this by saying the last time I was in to repair my 2006 Grand Marquis with only 88,000 miles, was for the same issue I'm dealing with. It's a known issue with them, the Blend Door Actuator. I had the original replaced April 2021 here. I had a warranty at that time and my deductible was $200 and if I'm remembering correctly, the total cost billed to MOPAR warranty was over $1000. Which brings me to my issue.I spoke with Richard, the service manager last week. I explained the situation in it's entirety, and he stated he was willing to waive the 200 dollar an hour fee to check it out. I explained, that the car was doing the EXACT same thing it was when I had it replaced and I agreed to swing by. Being a backyard mechanic, I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty. Unfortunately I'm also disabled, I deal with severe pain daily, and certain things I can do and certain things I won't even try. Not wanting to have to spend over a grand for this, I figured I'd cut time off the job by doing 80 % of the work. I removed most of what was needed, leaving only a few bolts and the lifting of the dash. I physically could not do. I brought the car in on the 15th. I showed Richard what the problem was, and to my surprise he looked me dead in the eyes and said "I'll have to have a mechanic look at this, you may have broken the actuator."This pissed me off so I asked. "Because I'm disabled, or because I don't know what I'm doing?" He refused to answer me. He disappeared in the back, spoke to several mechanics and came back. Richard got on the computer and proceeded to quote me the price of $700 for the labor. Mind you, it's a few bolts, lifting up the top of the dash, and removing the bolts holding the actuator in place. Maybe 30 minutes worth of work. And remember, I just had this replaced 2.5 years ago.Just doesn't seem right.So the next day, I took out the front screw of the actuator, lifted it up and turned the blend door bar to AC and left5 it that way. I unplugged the actuator and the AC works fine. I have reached out repeatedly (17 times) to the Dealership, when I don't get hung up on, I'm transferred to Tom, the other service manager. His voicemail has been full for 2 days. I've asked for the owners secretary, she hasn't returned my calls.This is how business is run now. People just don't give a crap about a customer, let alone one with a disability. I would never use this dealership, absolutely the worst

A friend of mine took her 2009 Mercury Grand Marquis in for service because it would not start and the new battery was being drained. She had her car towed there. Marcos was her service advisor and has jerked her around for 3 weeks now. Marcos lied to her last week by saying the car was being worked on and as of Monday 12/18/23 it still had not seen the inside if the shop. She has to call Marcis who has never returned her calls, she has to go into the dealership just to find out the status. I am a retired GM from the car business, just the lack of empathy, concern and service this service writer Marcos has displayed and his lack of returning her calls, he should be fired. I left a message for the service manager, emailed a concern and as of 1:14 PM today 12/19/23 NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK let alone my friend. My friend is a 70 year old, single disabled woman and this blantant taking advantage of her is ridiculous.

I ended up here when "Tiffany" caught a flat. Although I purchased her at another dealership, this one was the closest to my office and I'd rather keep my PTO for fun stuff!Ninfa was my service advisor, and was the one who first took my phone call when I was looking up Ford dealerships near me. She confirmed that they can utilize my service contract from when I originally purchased the car, as well as any points from my Ford-branded credit card. She also mentioned that I can bring in my car even though I didn't have a service appointment. Once at the dealership, I asked that my routine oil change that was already due also be included. A few hours later I received a callback that indeed one tire needed to be fully replaced and that I should also get two filters replaced as part of my routine maintenance. My ride was fixed at the end of my workday, and I received an inspection printout of the other items they checked. Ninfa and her team arranged for a rideshare each way (both trips) between the dealership and my office. I appreciate that convenience!I didn't notice if there was a service lounge where I could waited and /or worked remotely while at the dealership. Nevertheless, Tiffany is back in prime shape and I would consider using Pines Ford for service again.

STOLEN FROM PINES FORD! And they could care less! AllIt was in for warranty service for 7 days. No rental car and then it was stolen off their lot next to the service area. The thief made a spare key, they disable the OEM GPS system. Someone was on video on the phone as they went over and got into our 2020 Explorer ST and instantly drove off! The dealer refused to call 911. They refused to help. They were rude and cold. One manager told me "it wasn't his first rodeo". They told me to claim on my insurance they were not responsible for anything. We were able to recover the car with the help of the pines police. They stole various parts off of the car. They took our wheels. Now I'm paying $1000 deductible I'm trying to get the car repaired and the title was clean until now is a theft recovery vehicle it's worth about seven or $8000 less. All because that dealership was negligent with security of our vehicle. The police told me that wasn't the only vehicle stolen off their lot. The way they handled. It was the problem. They were rude as hell and they were ungrateful. It's their loss because we buy new cars every three years and they're always Fords. I reported them to corporate Ford and I've escalated it. More than likely I'm going to see them in court when this is over. This is my story. This is what happened to us at Pines Ford.

If your car gets stolen while being serviced they won't cover it help with damages. Pretty sad

I can remember my first review for this place and have to say it was not good at all. Since then I have come here again to get my car serviced and expect obstacles and more of the same but each time service is better. I again just came today and have to say that they got their act together. This is by far the best visit to Pines Ford I have experienced. From John the service advisor to the cashier staff they were all extremely attendant and professional. I was is such a good mood that I'm thinking about buying the Mustang EV.......The Sr Management here you need to know what changes you have made since my first bad review they are working keep it up.

I've been taking my Shelby GT500 to this dealership for two years. Several of the service advisors have a really bad attitude, some are nice. The cashier has an attitude too. I'll be going to Grieco Ford from now on. I asked the service advisor to make sure that they filled my coolant reservoir to the between the low and the high they never added fluid. They didn't even wipe all the dripped oil from underneath the car. See the pictures. When I pulled up this morning one of the bad attitude people said, can I help you I told him I had an appointment with ____ and he just walked away. He didn't take my car in or anything and then I ended up standing in the drop off lane waiting like 10 minutes. He basically just walked past me to the next car and didn't help me. I arrived there at 7 AM and didn't get my car until after 9:30 AM. Pathetic!

I had to go here to change my oil and check on an engine light that came on my 2021 ranger. After the "service" I checked my dipstick and my old was still old. Went back a month later and Kenny actually argues with me that I'm wrong. Afterwards, they tell me that I was right and they gave me a free oil change. I'm still waiting on the sensor for my engine light... It's been almost 3 months!!! They lost my trust, never coming here again.

I've always had excellent luck with this Ford dealership. The employees in their sales and quick service departments have always been amicable. I always use this location to get my car serviced, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle. I like getting my car in for services and returning it the same day. Yesterday, Jonathan promptly helped me get my car serviced in the Pines Quick service department. It's in a reasonable location for my residency; as I've stated before, the service and price are always reasonable. If you purchase a Ford vehicle, I would always recommend buyers to continue to get their car serviced at the dealership they purchased it from.

Poor experience. Had to come twice in 2 different days just to change tires. They apologized what happened, offered a discount, but still had a bad experience.Made appointment about 2 weeks in advance, arrived on time and still waited 45 minutes in line. I said to representative I have appointment in 5 minutes and was told to wait in the car. After 45 minutes of waiting went to ask what's going on. He forgot.My appointment was at 4pm. Came on time. At 4:45 was told I'd be helped with tires. Was told that my car would be ready at around 6:30pm.It's 2 hours of waiting, so I was offered Lyft from Pines Ford. Used it to different location. At 6:30pm no one called me and they work till 7pm. So At 6:45pm I was concerned and had to call to Pines Ford myself, waited on call for 10 minutes to get help and actually talk to someone, had to explain my situation for another 10 minutes to different person in the phone.Eventually got Lyft back to Pines Ford and arrived at around 7:15pm when Pines Ford was closed.My car was dropped at the building nearby. Had to look for my key around and a receptionist at that building had my key. It was different building not the one I dropped my car at. Anyway, tires on my car were not changed that day and nothing was done.Had to drive again next day and waste time again. Complained what happened and was offered a small discount. Even though my tires were changed and I got a small discount I still think the service I got was unacceptable. 2/5

Worst group I've ever tried to by a car from. All salesmen are hovering in the parking lot ready to run your car down when you pull in. 100% unwilling to do any negation on an overpriced truck that has been sitting on their lot for over 100 days . Last day of the month , Memorial Day weekend . Not a single other costumer at the dealership. These guys dgaf about selling cars. Cocky sales manager with some goofy comment as we were walking out. Good job fella. Dealership looks like it was built in 1980 and never cleaned or updated -stay away- On the plus side Went down the street to Pembroke Pines Subaru great staff , friendly , best experience buying a car from Pembroke Pines Subaru take your business to someone that cares.

Don't take your car here. If they tell you they have the parts it is not true. Very slow service no call back, nothing. Do not waste your time with this place at all !!!
